One star is honestly way too generous for the absolutely terrible experience my wife had at this place. She went in for a simple blood draw and was treated horribly, her arm was handled so roughly it was clear the staff has zero proper training. And on top of that, the technician who did the blood work has the worst attitude I've ever heard of. She's rude, unpleasant, and clearly couldn't care less about the people she's supposed to be helping. And if that wasn't bad enough, they take absolutely no responsibility for any harm or mistreatment caused to their patients , none whatsoever. Worked out fine for me a little bit of a drive but it all worked out. Had an appointment for 1400 (2PM) arrived early checked in while in my car in the parking lot when I got there. About 5 minutes after 2 was called inside to check in. They still do walk ins but you would have to wait till they have an opening. Patty was the technician who drew my blood and did a fantastic job. Hardly felt the needle go in as she stated to draw blood. Was done by about 2:15 PM and on the way back home. A little upset they closed the office on Limestone Parkway in Gainesville, GA. So it is a little extra ride to get there and get all of my stuff done. Had the results in one day just had to log on to their site to get them. Overall a very good experience. read more

Please don't waste your time with this location. I went to this location today to get a routine blood draw for my son who just had open-heart surgery when I arrived. There was no one at the counter to read my order to see if they had the test available. I proceeded to check in And then continued to wait at the counter so that I could speak to someone to confirm. I waited for a full 20 minutes before someone who I believe was a nurse happened to walk by. She took the order from me to check in the back. I could hear a person in the back say they had no idea what that test was, but instead of coming up to talking to me, she continues to have a conversation in the back for the next 10 minutes. I could hear the nurse say that I got attitude about it. I ended up leaving without getting any questions answered. The customers in the lobby were more helpful. read more

The reason I am giving this location 3 stars instead of 5 is not about this location but about the Lab Core lab in general. I had blood drawn on Monday. It is now Thursday and no results yet. A simple CBC and CMP should be back within hours, not more than 4 days later and still no results. I had 2 different MD order 2 sets of labs for different conditions. The set of labs I thought might take awhile came back quickly and the ones that should have been quick are still pending. WHY? I have been infected for 2 months now and need to know the WBC level to remain off of antibiotics. RUN THE TEST ALREADY. read more

They were very busy and overbooked due to the online checkin process mess up. A person in the waiting room was angry and blaming the young girl at the front desk and he mistreated her. This young lady was kind and respectful even though the gentleman was not. There was a mix up and the young lady told us my daughter wouldn't be seen. I could see this was not going to go my way so I told her I understood and left. Then we got a text message that my daughter was next and would be seen. I went into the office and the young lady said that was not them but the messed up checkin machine sent an automated text. As I went to leave she said-wait... I will take your daughter and make sure she gets her bloodwork done today. My daughter was taken back right then and there. The woman who drew her blood was kind and sweet and made us laugh. My daughter is 16 & when we left she commented on the women that worked there and how kind they were despite the day they had or how they've been treated. And that it didn't even hurt! Yall- how we treat each other matters! You get more flies with honey! And these women were doing a great job and the misunderstanding was not their fault! Though these two woman may never see this review I just want to say THANK YOU!! Thank you for being an excellent example to my daughter of how one should act despite their circumstances! I rushed all over town Thursday: attempting to accomplish 1000 things in 1 day. I found out that LabCorp stays open until 5, so I could complete a drug screening for a new job that is trying to get everything done so I can begin working. I arrived at 4:45, but the staff inside said they are "about to leave". Odd, because the place closes at 5......but they are "about to lock the doors" .....early?!??? Then, I beg them to simply let me pee in a cup so I can get working on Monday when this young woman tells me that no LanCorp does any drug screenings past 4 pm anyhow and to come back tomorrow. So, obviously, I won't be going back to that location ever. When did the world get so mean and rude. It would be a 2 hour trip for me to return. It would have taken 1 minute for the lady to simply help me. She literally STILL could have left early. read more

Seriously can see why the reviews are so low here, but I was desperate for some bloodwork and it was convenient. I arrived before they even opened and was first in line at the door. When you walk in, though, they usher you to a kiosk where you have to enter your information. I had to look up my insurance card and manually type the numbers in, which took longer than the woman who was initially behind me in line and put me now in second position to be called back. They don't open till 8, and I was already stressing, because I had an 8 o'clock patient to see. Well, you may as well get comfortable, because despite being there before doors opened, I didn't get called back until 8:25. They had a water cooler there, but it was out of water. Glad I brought my own. I was worried I was a little dehydrated from my earlier run. So apparently one of the orders on my order sheet was the wrong lab, so I called my office to get it corrected. When I was called back, I explained to the lab tech my issue, and she was so unyielding. I told her literally they are faxing the order now, and could she please just go by it, and she said no, I needed to get to the end of the line and start over. She was very rude and abrasive for no reason. Clearly she isn't happy at her job, and judging by her irritation, I certainly didn't want her handling my care, much less sticking a needle in me. So I now had two patients back at my clinic, so I left without a blood draw. When I got back to the office, one of the women asked how it went, and I told her I had the rudest staff encounter there, and she described the woman, and I said, "yes, that's her! How did you know?" And she had the same attitude from the same woman when she went there. I'm not going back. I will find another way to get my bloodwork done, but this Labcorp is definitely on my "never again" list. read more

There's nothing but negative reviews for this location on here, but based on my own experience, I don't have any complaints. I benefited from the convenience of scheduling an appointment after hours, through the website. They then immediately email and text a confirmation and link, which has a barcode to scan when you arrive for check-in. The check-in kiosks are right there in the waiting area. A moment after the employee at the desk will confirm your info and ID (that will vary in time for each person...that's where some of the negative reviews come in, because people who arrived before me weren't confirmed yet) and let you know that you'll be called in shortly. If you're going to give a urine sample, then once you're called in, you're told to place your belongings in an empty, locked storage bin, given the key, and then sent with your cup to the bathroom. She gave clear instructions on what to do/what not to do while in there. Once done, you return your sample to her office, where you wash your hands, unlock the bin to collect your belonging, given your copy of the information form, and sent on your merry way, wondering how often they spray down the doors handles. The process went by pretty smoothly for me, the employees who helped me were professional, and I was in and out in good time. For those reasons, I'm left satisfied. read more

How do they think this is right? I came first thing in the morning. It shouldn't be that gross. How do I know they clean anything in the back? First let me say that the gentleman who took my blood, Gene, was amazing. He was very professional, kind and friendly. However, the girl at the front desk and the technician who was originally going to do the bloodwork seemed angry and confrontational. The girl up front was giving me a very hard time for questioning the estimated cost and did not want to give me the paperwork I needed to call my insurance company. The technician was sitting behind her shaking her head and looked disgusted with me for asking questions. This same technician gave me a hard time for any thing I said once we were in the lab room and walked out when I told her that she was being argumentative. She sent in Gene, who was great. Ah the joys of landing a new job means you have to "pee in a cup" so I was instructed to visit a LabCorp for that purpose. It turns out, I had to visit this LabCorp location twice because my initial test came back "diluted." It makes sense because I drank about 48 oz of H2O on an empty stomach before my first urine test. The entire staff is super friendly and efficient. If you're sent here for any type of testing, everyone here is professional and very pleasant to work with. Staff was friendly but mentioned I would have had a longer wait if I came in later on. This place needs to be shut down. They either need their staff to be retrained completely or a complete new staff. I work in the healthcare industry and what I saw was just appalling. They call me up to the window for my lab work, the lady was talking to I guess one of the nurses, who had gloves on. Which I thought was a little worrisome because you shouldn't have gloves on unless you're with a patient..what's more was that she was touching her hair, the papers on the desk, everything. I got that same lady when I got called back for my bloodwork...she was wearing gloves. I waited to see if she would atleast change them before we started, she didn't. So I kindly asked her, since I didn't see her change her gloves, if she would. She looked at me like I just insulted her. She left the room, and proceeded to talk baldy about me to the other employee right outside the door. Classy. When she came back in, she put on new gloves and then said "I had just changed them before I brought you in but i'll change them again" So you touched a door handle that everyone uses to get in and out of the waiting room, and who knows what else before you sat me down with those same gloves to draw blood from me? What? Complete lack of BASIC infection control which is 101, in ANY healthcare profession. I'm sorry, but with the flu and the corona virus going around i'm not taking any chances just because you're lazy. Not happening. I have to go here for my physical bloodwork but I will not be returning and i don't think it should even be up and running. read more

I'm rating them 3 stars because the staff was proactive in letting me know the system was down. I came here for a pre-employment drug screen and even though that is not the most glamorous thing, I feel the experience could have been better. The staff up front took awhile before they even look at your name to get you on their system to be called back. Once I was called back the technician could not have been more rude. Very dissatisfied with this lab. I waited for nearly an hour to give my specimen and the technician Cece (who had a bad attitude and snapped at me when I asked what's wrong) printed out the forms incorrectly and then did not properly seal the specimen container. This was then rejected by the Medical Review officer and I had to go back to give another specimen thus causing my employment start date to be negatively impacted. The second time I went there their check in kiosks weren't working and yet another half hour wait. Please do not go to this location if you have another option. read more

I have witnessed worst customwr service, care for people or just lack of respect completely. I had to take my fiancé for a drug test for new employment. We called and the automated message said they did drug testing from 9am to 4pm and closed for lunch from 1230 to 130. We arrived at 1210 to 1215 and were greeted with rude, unprofessional and down right horrible customer service. We were talked ovee, lied to and talked down to. After being told they stopped drug testing 30 minutes prior to lunch which it does not state anywhere in the office nor on the email sent. We were informed the 30 minutes prior to lunch was a direct order from thier supervisor, and then told go ahead and call thisr supervisor. I called the corporate office and found out that none of this was true. I went to another office and could not have been treated better so clearly it is not a company wide problem. read more

We have used this lab several times and the experiences include unprofessional practices and major mistakes in sample collections. We will not go back. Example 1: A labcorp employee tells us she cannot process my son's lab work work because 1 of 5 lab orders did not have a LABCORP number. I was able to look up the labcorp number on my phone in less than 30 seconds but the labcorp employee did not listen and calls the doctor's office and on a speaker phone for everyone to hear, told the doctor's office they needed to look up the number. The negative words the labcorp personnel communicated to the doctor's office was appalling. The sample bottles given to us for a stool sample were inaccurate and resulted in modification which I had to do and I was instructed to do it in a way that would have contaminated the sample the lab left out if I had not recognized it and quesstioned them! Finally, a blood test request was left out of the blood work, so my son has to go back (to another lab source) and be stuck again because of Labcorp's mistake Also, the insurance was incorrectly billed due to the "automatic" system set up in the waiting area which is completely inadequate. read more

The location is so convenient, a mile from my house, yet I drive 15 miles to another location or Quest. My son needed some bloodwork and we rushed 30mins before closing. This place obviously does not care at all about their customers. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for a 3 minute drug test. I've been to this lab corp multiple times and have had some of the most terrible service. The reception workers and staff members constantly complain about their job, the people they SHOULD be helping, and worse yet - they treat you with no respect. I work at a veterinarian hospital and I also help to do reception work there as well. In no way do we find it acceptable nor deemable to treat any of our patients with this type of disrespect. I came in when no one was there, wearing my mask ( none of the staff members were wearing their masks), and looking to drop off a collection sample. They did not bother to great me when they opened the door, the didn't turn on the lights and left me sitting in the dark lobby, and seemed beyond annoyed I was even there. The span of all I needed took no more than a minute yet I was there for 10 minutes getting nothing but constant complaining about my presence.
