DO NOT GO HERE EVER !!! They are horrible . My mother went here in need of blood work cause of a worrying health condition. She waited almost an hour for her appointment and when asking for updates because she does have a job and needs to be able to let her Job know if she may be running behind. She was spoken to in a very rude way, and then when take back, she had a technician who rudely spoke to her, and then yelled at her, making my mother feel so uncomfortable and my mother, then try to explain the situation on how she didn't mean to make anyone upset when she asked how long it was gonna take the woman be began to speak down to her and tell her that she would cancel her appointment. When my mother then left the clinic, she called the higher up to explain the horrific situation and 30 minutes later she received a call from a private number where the technician explained to her that she was a crazy B and that she knew where my mother lived ... all because my mom asked hey how long do you think the wait will be? read more

Came in for a 9:00am appt and checked in. Technician took everyone who came after me. My name got dropped off from checkin. Technician was unwilling to help and made me wait behind 12 other patients and check back in again. Waiting for 40 min. Others who came in are attended to but she kept ignoring me. TIMING IS EVERYTHING! This is the second time that I have used this location for my annual wellness visit. The key to the perfect experience is an afternoon appointment. My husband and I usually arrive early, sign in, have a minimum wait (if at all), and complete the entire process in about seven minutes. It is a very straight-forward process that moves along quickly so that you are in and out in no time. If you time it right, you could actually do this on your lunch break. This location does not perform drug screenings so they just generate less foot traffic, ***This location is minimally staffed and usually has one employee that does it all. She is very professional and what some might read as cold really is just her being efficient and focused on the task at hand. ***Afternoon appointments are best if you are short on time. ***If you need a drug screen, consider a different location. ***This office is located just east of Medlock Bridge on Johns Creek Parkway on the south side of the road. It sits back and is easy to miss so once you pull into the complex parking lot, take the first right and drive straight ahead. read more

A few weeks ago I went to the Johns Creek location to have my blood drawn. When I was called to have my blood drawn, the young lady who going to draw my blood was singing along with songs on her phone. Once she was ready for me I informed her I was on blood thinners. Her response was " ok". It fell on deaf ears.While she was searching for a vein I was being serenaded as she was still singing. After a few pokes in each arm she was finally able to draw blood. After the bandaids went on each arm I could not wait to get the heck out of I there. The next day I noticed a hematoma in both arms. By the following day the left arm had a hematoma 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches in size, my right arm hand a hematoma about the same size.So, if you go to have your blood drawn at Quest at Johns Creek and that person is singing GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!!! read more

I had to come here for a blood test. Office was nice enough, and the check-in lady was pleasant and efficient. She's really the everything lady, since she also drew the blood. Clearly experienced at talking to puncture victims to distract us. For walk-ins there might be a 10-15 minute wait if someone is ahead of you. The downside? It's wickedly hard to find. Only sign is behind overgrown bushes on Johns Creek Pkwy, so you won't likely see it there. Then you'll turn on Johns Creek Ct, and....also see no sign and no Quest building. You have to be lucky or frustrated enough to turn right again immediately after turning onto John's Creek Ct (I took the frustrated path). No, it's not marked. No, it makes no sense. Yes, it leads you past other offices first, across a parking lot, and no Quest building is visible. Carry on. Eventually you'll see Quest in a little storefront in a building at the back, turned an improbable direction and not facing any street on any map. Or just call them and ask. Because when I complained, the poor woman said she gets at least a dozen calls a day from people who are lost. Maybe at two dozen they'll consider an extra sign or two. read more

I waited for over an hour past my appointment time. Quest has blocked off the waiting room and until someone is called; no human speaks to you or welcomes you. I waited for over an hour, and the waiting room was filled with no chairs available within 10 minutes. No one came out to speak until the next patients were called. The bathroom had 3 urine samples sitting on the table by the door. After my sample was added to the group by the door, I still had not spoken to a tech except to confirm my contact information. I asked if I could leave, and only then learned that my lab order had not arrived. I had to wait until I could contact my doctor's office and they faxed the order. All this, and very minimal contact with a human other than telling me where to wait. This isn't the experience you should have from an "in-network" provider. read more

If you enjoy being lied to, this is the place for you. First, you have to allow them to draw your blood and leave a BIG FAT bruise. Then, wait a week for the results to not be shared with you by their co-conspirator, Comprehensive Internal Medicine, so you can call in and ask for them yourself. They will tell you that "oopsie, one test (and only one test) was missed". Swooorrrry! But, because we are so awesome, we will send a nurse to your home to do an in-home draw to re-do them. And, then.... Wait for them to never call. Or show up. Ever. Period. Crickets.It seems they've all been trained in the Donald Trump School of Double Down Deception. Say what you want to hear, then say you never said it and it didn't happen. Next, you'll have to wait another week and go to their lab, located within the co-conspirators office, and dump your blood one again, only to find out they lied. AGAIN. SHOCKING, I know. See, they didn't just miss ONE test, they missed ALL BUT TWO tests. That means, 95% of your whole panel of CBC testing. Once again, Sworrrrry, we bad. Don't think the supervisors, or owner of the Co-Swindler's office - Dr. Bhusan will call you after you've let a message. That would be too responsible. She's got better things to do, I'm sure. Perhaps trying to figure out WHY so many bad reviews have been posted about her practice? But, just wait, the apologies and backward bending over with make you feel like they care, they really care. And more promises to send someone to your home to do a proper fasting draw. And then, they don't. And, calling their customer service to complain will be the best gift you can give to yourself. They will give you even MORE of the BS apologies, and promises and then they will do absolutely nothing to resolve your issues. Your insurance company gets to pay for the useless, non-fasting results, and you will have to pay for a new panel out of your own pocket. Wheee, are we having fun yet? Yay Quest! The woman was unapologetic to the crowd outside the door when she was 7 minutes late opening up. In fact, she did not smile, say good morning, or even look at us. She unlocked, turned around, went back in, and closed the door to the waiting area. Most people at the very least would have said, "be right with you in a few." She CLEARLY hates her job because she was just miserable all the way around. I actually feel sorry for her to go through life so joyless. It doesn't cost anything to be nice. No bedside manner. No personality. No small talk. She just jabbed me with the needle and flatly said have a nice day. She did not have a name tag or badge on, but I heard someone call her "Ms. D". Hopefully children and the elderly are treated a little better. I doubt Quest cares about their phlebotomists' bedside manner as long as they have somebody to do the job. If I had a choice I would not use this company or at least this draw station. Sick, dying people go in there on a regular basis and she can't crack a smile to brighten the moment, hers or theirs. read more
