They over charged my card by 100$ through the billing department. The customer service representative told me it would take 40 days for my refund to get back to my account. The 40 days passed, and I never received my refund. I called back, and now they tell me it's going to take another 30 days for me to get my 100$ back. 70 days total I am going to be waiting for my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst place to go, avoid if you can. People are very rude, at time no one comes and talks for 10 min. Online messed my appointment but they will not take walkin for 8 hours (and i was fasting). NEVER use Quest, I have tried to create an account to see my results, it is IMPOSSIBLE and there is no help. My Doctor has Quest lab in his place, I am going to see if he can write an order for LabCorp in the future. LabCorp also has no help, but it was easy to create an account and get my results. Just remember you HAVE TO make an appointment at LabCorp to get the blood draw, NEVER just show up. I guess I will frive to my Doctor to get my results :-( read more

I needed a drug test, and our company's provider said this was the closest location to my office. I showed up around 11:15. My paperwork had been sent in advance, so I just signed in, and was promptly taken to the back to do my business. The employee helping me wasn't terribly friendly, but then again, he's dealing with bodily fluids... I was in and out in 15 minutes. They gave me a slip with my sample number so that I could check in later if the results didn't show up when expected. Appointments are prioritized, but at lunch on a Wednesday, there was only one other customer, so at least in my experience, you can just walk in. read more

Timing is everything and once you learn to manage your expectations, you will be fine. These offices are very lightly staffed and you don't have a happy receptionist to greet you. So know and understand that this is par for the course. Also, you will need to wait because guess what? : You aren't the only one needing assistance. My husband and I arrive for our Wellness Check at about 1pm and sign in. No one else is there and we have a short wait before we are called back. Once we get in the back, everything flows smoothly and efficiently. The technician is not cold and uncaring she is just "business" so she will not be chatting you up. You can take along a buddy for that. Bottom line, we were out in approx 10 min and all is right with the world. This is a newer, much improved location over the previous address on North Point. You have better access and can clearly see the office which is located between Jose's and Signature Nails and Spa. read more

I made an appointment after reading these reviews... but it didn't really help. I was the only one in the waiting room and it took 5-10 minutes before someone even appeared at the front desk. She didn't acknowledge me and started talking on the phone. Two other people came in, signed in, and sat down. Eventually this other staff member came up and I thought surely she would call me because I saw a patient leave and knew no one else was back there. Nope. She was doing something and eventually the first lady figured out that she needed to move so the other one could use the computer. Why the lady didn't just speak up, I don't know. The first lady was still on the phone but geez... you have a few people waiting at this point. I tried to be nice to the lady doing my test but she didn't reciprocate. That's fine... we all have bad days. The thing I didn't like was that I had to ask for my specimen number. You're supposed to give people a carbon copy to keep for their records, but she just sealed all the forms up with my sample. So I then had to find a piece of paper and write down my specimen number (which she started to tell me the incorrect one and corrected herself -- this made me extremely nervous) and left. I wouldn't go back here because their mistake (wrong specimen id, not giving out paperwork) could cost someone their job. read more

Came here with my fiance for a routine drug screen required by his work. He was 20 mins early for his 1:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 2pm. Others in the waiting room had been waiting for 2 hours and they had an appointment as well. There is no receptionist on duty, you have to sign in and just wait until your name is called but there is no clue on how long the wait is or what to do. My fiance had accidentally filled out the wrong part of a form since there wasn't anyone there to tell him differently. The nurse/attendant rudely made a point to say that she could easily turn him away because of it. Waiting room was clean. read more

I am here about twice a year for routine bloodwork. I will admit that the front desk is poorly monitored, HOWEVER, it is adequately monitored. People are taken in order of their arrival unless they have an appointed time, in which case they're taken with priority. I have never waited more than 15 minutes. I am a needle phobe, and I have never had a bad experience. They all seem to know their techniques and are friendly and considerate. The facility is clean and modern, and there's ample parking. My experience is quite in contrast to the other fellow. I gave it a 3 though, because I dont like getting poked. read more

Have now been here three times for my son and will never go back again. I was yelled at the first time because our appointment wasn't showing on their computer printout. Luckily, one of the phlebotomists saved us, swooped us into a room and took very good care of my son. She was kind and patient and gentle - what you would hope when treating a 9 year old child battling a very serious illness. She had beautiful pink hair and was a joy to work with. Watch out for the short aggressive one though. She is the screamer from the first time and we were unlucky enough to get her as our phlebotomist the next time. She was rude, aggressive and very rough with my child. He still has a nasty bruise from where she drew blood and it has been over two weeks! (He has had his blood taken 12 times in the past month and this is the only bruise he has gotten.) I have never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life. While I get that there is no receptionist on duty, a tiny bit of kindness can go a long way, especially when working with a scared child that has been through the ringer. Don't go here unless you can guarantee you get the professional with pink hair. She is awesome - but out of fear of the other one, we will drive 30 minutes further away to avoid her. read more

Agree with the reviews that say manage your expectations - this is a lightly-staffed, self-check-in type of place. That being said, I walked in without an appointment and only waited about five minutes to be seen. There's a helpful TV screen with wait times on it to let you know where you are in line, but I was seen much faster than my advertised wait time. Yes, it's busy. Make an appointment. Be respectful of the staff, they're are busy. I took my son today, we had an appointment. Our lab req form was missing a code. Xavier at the front desk took the initiative and called our pediatrician's office to have it corrected. They were at lunch (of course) and he still managed to get the back line office number. The Dr's office made him jump through more hoops by having him fax the req to the office so they could fix it and then fax it back to him. He made it happen quickly and efficiently. I've been to too many medical offices where the code issue would have been my problem and an uncaring staff would not have gone the extra step to help us. Thank you Xavier and Quest. read more

I Googled this location to get a blood test my doctor required. I rarely pay any attention to the reviews in a Google search because it is rarely anything but negative. But when I saw 9 reviews (usually only 2 or 3) and considered the reason I was going here, I checked them out. If there would have been another place within 10 miles that I could have gone after reading the review I would have, but then I thought, "Maybe they are going overboard." STUPID ME! A usual complaint was that there was never anyone at the receptionist desk when they came in. They were right. I waited until after 10 minutes after my set appointment before someone showed up, and she was the one who withdrew my blood! In no way did she greet me, simply called my name and said "I need you're ID and insurance card." It took her at least 3 full minutes to simply make one copy of them. She then said "You can come in back now." So I walked through the side door, and she walks right by and looks back after going about 15 more feet and looks back at me and says with ancy (is that a word?) tone, "You need to come this way with me." I honestly wanted to leave then and there, but then again I did not want to drive to Norcross at the end of the day for the next closest place. I followed her into a room and sat down. She then took well over 5 minutes looking at my paperwork before coming over to draw blood. She was slower than donating blood and having to answer their 10,0000 questions! To end it, she simply HANDED me a band aid and said "There ya go." I was so happy it was over and I was out of there fast as possible and will go elsewhere from now one and will have another blood test to make sure they did not pass the HIV virus on to me! Yesterday my mother was provided the most exceptional service in this location. The phlebotomist (Angela Nowel) that took us was extremely professional, informed and respected her job immensely. She gave us superb service. She reviewed all the paperwork, asked me many questions about outstanding orders, put in all the information in the system when everyone else previously told me that since my mother is out of state I just have to bring the paperwork with me every time. This was at least the 4th/5th time for blood work. In addition to excellent knowledge of the system, Angela drew my mother's blood with ease; no hematomas (bruise) for the first time. I asked Angela if she was the manager, she said no! I said well, you need to be and you need to train everyone! Thanks Angela, you really made my mother's visit an exceptional one today. read more

I've been there twice for testing. The on-site staff is nice and very competent, but I've had to call the national number three times for each test result to get it faxed back to the doctor. It's frustrating that the results never get where they are supposed to go, though in fairness i can't tell if it is Quest or an issue at the doctor's office. Also, the phone rep incorrectly said our doctor order was there waiting for us, and when we arrived, there was no doctor order there yet. Last but not least, this location itself smells very strongly as they have a sewage leak. read more

This place is just awful. There is nobody working at the reception desk. You walk in and have to know to sign the check-in sheet, and sit back and wait, and wait, and wait! There was a 9am appt still waiting to be seen at 10am, and nobody to check with regarding the delay. The phlebotomists go to the reception area to look through the sign in list to call the next patients. They are very rude to walk-ins, appointments are given the only priority, and that's not saying much! We eventually walked out after 40 minutes of not getting seen. FYI - my daughter convinced me to leave because an angry (maybe overworked) phlebotomist was snapping at the questions coming from the waiting room; he was difficult to understand due to a language barrier, and he had unsanitary looking facial hair that was uncovered.
