Instead of helping me in-house, the staff sent me on a helpline loop that took an hour and three separate calls to resolve. During this time, they actually canceled my appointment because I wasn't in the lab room, despite just following their instructions. Most disappointingly, once the issue was finally resolved, the phlebotomist gave me a detailed lecture about how I was wrong instead of just moving forward with the blood draw. I appreciate my past positive experiences here, but today's broken support system and unprofessional lecturing were unacceptable.

I went to another cardiologist and left that appointment with a monitor and an echo order. I now have a prognosis for my heart issue that has proven to be more imperative than originally thought. With the original cardiologist I do not think this would have been found in a timely manner.

There were 2 others waiting when I arrived, but I was called ahead of them. When I got to the back, I was greeted by a pleasant staffer who completed the paperwork while the lab tech got started. The entire thing took about 10 minutes. This location was efficient for me.

Space is clean, too. Check-in is a breeze. They take your information then send you a text with a link to a form to fill out while you wait. They offer the nasal swab and saliva PCR tests as well as vaccines. Results are emailed to you within 24 hours. Both times my tests came back negative.

And if that wasn't bad enough, they take absolutely no responsibility for any harm or mistreatment caused to their patients , none whatsoever.
