I was able to easily make an appointment online. Shortly afterwards, I realized I needed to reschedule. That was also easily completed online. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time. There is a kiosk to check in instead of a human receptionist. This made for a quick process. There were 2 others waiting when I arrived, but I was called ahead of them. When I got to the back, I was greeted by a pleasant staffer who completed the paperwork while the lab tech got started. The entire thing took about 10 minutes. Tested the wrong blood! Called with results of 220 cholesterol and 300 triglycerides. I know my levels are lower than that so I went to Lab Corps next day for same tests. Results are in line with my usual results. I was told if I walk in I have to be at least two hours early and was turned away, I came back on Tuesday at 3pm I work and my doctor wanted me to go to quest so I did not have much choice. I signed in as a walk in and was put in the standby list. After a half hour a real nasty nurse came out and said all walk ins on standby will not be seen, I noticed that there were at least 9 people waiting and they over booked. I told the nurse that this is my second attempt an walking in (the form says they take walk ins) and was told I should have made an appointment. She was so nasty and rude, we pay for these services why did they over book if they cannot take the patients? and why so rude? this place is the worst. read more

This was my first time visiting this location for a biometric screening. I recommend making an appointment online before coming in so that you can get your lab work done quickly. They don't have a receptionist and instead have an iPad at the front desk to sign in. After signing in, you can see your expected wait time on the TV and where you are in the line. It was my first time there today and I loved it. I ordered the exames through Jason Health yesterday and was able to walk in today with no appointment. The wait time wasn't even 10 minutes, it was super fast and the lady that took my blood samples was really nice. I saw some bad old reviews but decided to give it a chance regardless and I was not left disappointed. I totally recommend. Had a nice experience at this location. When you walk into this location, there's a large sign that instructs you to sign in on the tablet. Once signed in, your name will pop up on the tv screen and it will show an estimated wait time. Mine said 6 minutes, and it was very accurate. The technician (I wish I could remember her name) was very friendly. She did a great job drawing blood. It's never fun to get this done, but I prefer this location better than a doctors office. The techs just seem more qualified or better at it than a doctors office. A co pay is collected for your portion of the test. Results (I was told) are quick - about 2 days. Staff is rude and unprepared. Had an appointment at 1pm and waited for an hour. Every employee seems annoyed with the customers.

I first off want to say that I have had good experiences when actually getting lab work done, but geez...the front desk people can be so rude. I just went to ask for a new link to access my test results and was immediately dismissed and told that she "didn't know what I was asking for," so she went to the back to ask someone else and I overheard them making ugly commentary about my request for help. She then came back, handed me a client services phone number, & I responded "I need to call them just to get access to my own test results...?" because, uh...why do they not know how to give me my own results here...& she goes "ya I don't know how to do that." At 11:30 we asked what was going on!!! they said we were a walk-in because they spelled my husbands name wrong. I spelled his name when I called. Pretty much done with this place. I'm a 29 year old kidney recipient since 2012 and I've been here THREE times in the past year for blood work and was unsuccessful ALL three times. First time was because I waited for an hour with four people waiting and had to leave as I was working, second time was because they didn't have my orders because they won't let them go standing for more than 6 months and now this time was because I didn't have a mask and they don't have any to give...this is probably the worst lab I've been to and I've been doing bloodwork my entire life. No problem, Teresa was patient as I called my husband to email it to her. We chatted for a few minutes then super easy blood draw. Scheduled my husbands labs online the . It took weeks to get an early apt. My husband went in today and they told him they wouldn't take our insurance. He wound up going to our pcp. What a hassle! Unbelievable! After trying to call several times over the course of two days in order to get their fax number, I finally called the national office to get it...I guess answering their phone isn't a priority. Then when my doctor was attempting to fax over my order, because their printer needed a new ink cartridge and they neglected to have any on hand I wasn't able to get blood drawn as planned. Not something you want to experience after being there for an hour and not eating for over 15 hours at this point. All they said was "I'm sorry" with no alternative options....not even a call directly with my doctor. Never again! I want to acknowledge and say that I appreciate corporate's response to my original post above. I now see we weren't the only customers to experience the rude and unprofessional service from their front desk. However, I did notice that as long as there were no questions or need for additional effort from her others were in and out quickly. If training isn't an option or doesn't fix it, this may not be the job for her! read more

I just left my Endocrinologist's office where I had to have my blood drawn. The phlebotomist was from Quest Diagnostics. She was so busy showing my my " patient responsibility" sheet with one hand while drawing blood with the other that she, I guess, wasn't Paying attention and hit a nerve in my arm. I hollered our in pain and told her that it felt like a bolt of electricity went down my arm and over my wrist. She said " oh it must be the alcohol". What?? No lady, you just hit a nerve. She patted my arm and said I'd be ok. Just rub it. That was an hour ago and I'm still sitting in the parking lot in pain. It feels like pins and needles in my thumb and forefinger and my wrist is hurting. My arm feels numb. I don't know what to do at this point. I called the doctor and she said put warm compresses on it. Don't let these people touch you!!! I'm 49 years old and obviously had my blood taken numerous times. I had an appointment for over 24 hours scheduled at this location. I encountered THE RUDEST receptionist or whoever was at the front desk. She argued that my testing was not in the system even though I could prove it. She took my temp and then came out in the waiting room taking everyone's again because she said she forgot someone. After having me wait she called be back to the front and told me to go call my employer. In the meantime, I witnessed her being incredibly rude to a black gentleman that simply inquired if they had extras masks available. When I told her that her information was incorrect she sarcastically kept repeating "Sorry, real sorry sorry". I will not ever go back. She was completely in the wrong about my file. read more

My Dad had an emergency request for bloodwork because of a potentially life threatening stomach bleed. When we arrived, quest had decided to close early and wouldn't do his bloodwork. Even after explaining to them that it was an emergency request, they still wouldn't see him. If his doctor had known they were closing early, they could have sent him somewhere else. Went there yesterday with the wife. We were at Labcorp Diagnostics at 1660 Market Pl Blvd, which is 3 doors away. We waited at Labcorp for almost an hour in a crowded waiting room where 2-3 people were getting called per hour, just to get entered into the computer. We got up and walked to this Quest Diagnostics three doors away. When we walked into Quest Diagnostics, the front desk lady said good morning, got our name into the computer. Another person looked at computer, said that she didn't have what we were looking for but would get it in a couple of days and would call us. We were in and out in 5 minutes. The lobby at Quest looked more modern and didn't feel like a library. It even has a small area for kids to play. It also has some cushy benches for people that don't like the chairs or for people that may need more hip space. There was nobody waiting. I give Quest 5 Stars. read more

Today was the 2nd time I have had a blood draw at this location - there will not be a third. I have never had a draw so painful that now 12 hours+ later I am still icing my arm as it hurts from my elbow into my hand. When I moaned while she had the needle in my arm the tech never said sorry or kiss my behind. When I told her I couldn't have tape on my arm she left the room stating "you can leave when you're ready" as she went around the corner. The first time I went to this location, it literally took 3 trips to finally get the job done - trip 1 "your dr left out a number (after I had waited for 50 minutes) - trip 2 "we can't do that test on Fridays, & no to make an appt you have to do that via computer" - trip 3 "you'll have to pay upfront & you have a $45 balance". Good grief. I will advocate my physicians to use a different lab, as well as contacting my insurance company. I urge all others with any bad experiences at Quest, at any of their locations, to do the same. We patients will be treated badly as long as we ALLOW it! read more

I have Raynauds Syndrome which makes finding a vein on me very difficult. Cindye and Loretta at this location have both been able to draw blood from me because they are cautious and very good at what they do. They have been patient and kind to me on numerous occasions. And I will tell you it's not always that way when I have gone to other facilities. Love this location and these women. read more
