Clean self storage unit that I can access anytime I need... after hours must input a code, but the…read morecode never fails. My unit is inside. The inside is extremely clean and always smells clean. I have never even seen a piece of trash in the hallways of the storage unit. They have plenty of carts to transport your stuff and door stops, so there aren't any obstacles in your way. I have one of the smaller units, and I think it is perfect size for what I need it for. I always pull right up to the door, I go after hours, unload or pack up and never have any problems. The one thing I don't like, is that the big trash can is outside and hidden... I had to really look for it. I have lots of extra boxes that I don't want and it is a hassle to walk all the way to the corner of the parking to take those to the trash. Other than that, great place!

My situation was very last minute and complicated, yet the owners went above and beyond to say the very least, to make sure that they accommodated in every way possible to make sure that my situation was taken care of. I was SO personally touched and grateful for their selfless help, I will not think twice in recommending their company to anyone. The actual business location is great and safely tucked away, very nicely kept, and I honestly could not think of a single complaint!!

Got very defensive when I told him the prices were a little higher than others I'd found online. When I told him climate control wasn't necessarily a feature I required, before I could inquire any further he very rudely interrupted me with "well good luck, bye bye", and hung up on me. Very unprofessional attitude to take with a potential customer, and inspired me to write my very first yelp review! Congrats, mister, I will forever spread the word to avoid Red Stick Storage at all costs. If they think so little of the people, how much do you think they care about your stuff?
