I can't endorse and recommend Francisco and the BOK team more. They are honest, hardworking,…read moreresponsive, ethical, and just great people to work with. If you want the longer version keep reading. Our deal was a little unique, my wife and I found the property off-market and began engaging with the soon-to-be sellers directly. After having some of the basics mapped out, we decided to engage a realtor. In efforts to save money, we were looking for someone that would represent both sides fairly and make sure we didn't miss any items. Although there were cheaper firms out there, we felt the BOK team was the right group for us and showed their responsiveness right off the rip. Francisco came by to discuss the details and get a better understanding of what our family was looking for in this transaction. As I quickly discovered there were a lot of items that were missed from our side (that's why you hire a professional to make sure someone walks you through everything). Francisco helped work through each item, he and his team did it with the highest ethical integrity to ensure to properly represent both sides smoothly in the transaction. Which is very hard because there is usually a bias that exists based on how the relationship came to be. Not in this case, he not only helped both sides come to the table smoothly. I can honestly say I think he and his team made it a win for all parties. When it's time to sell or buy again I will absolutely call the BOK team. Oh, totally forgot to mention they even set us up with a design consultant at the end of the process, like I said just great people to work with.

He was there holding our hand every step of the way making sure that we knew that everything was taken care of throughout the closing process. Not only that, he genuinely wanted us to find the right house and would point out issues during viewings that we never would have thought of. By the time we found our house we knew from working with him that it was the right one. If we could give him 6 stars we would!

We asked for recess lighting in our living room and hallway. He installed about 6 lights. He was able to finish in one day which was great. Juan also made sure to clean up after all the work was done. Juan was very nice and so great to work with. Furthermore, his pricing for the work was extremely reasonable. Will ask for him to come back for my next lighting project.

We worked with Tellos, specifically Juan, and had a great experience!…read more My neighbor found Juan on thumbtack and he had great reviews so she asked him for a quote. She ran the idea by me and I also decided to look into installing lighting. We received about 5 quotes, however Juan was the nicest, his pricing was comparable to the others if not better than some, and he never pressured us into using his services. Some of the other contractors were a bit aggressive with getting us to use them. While we were looking into lighting installation, we found out we needed to replace our roof, because of finances, this delayed us a bit and Juan was very understanding while other contractors were not. Juan installed lighting in both of our units. It took a total of four days which was the exact estimate we received. We each had the following completed in our units: 6 lights in the living room with a dimmer, a replacement light for the hallway (previously canned, we wanted canless) demolition of a fluorescent light, 4 lights with a dimmer in the kitchen, and a sink light with a separate switch. My neighbor also had Juan install an outside switch for her patio that is water protected and he installed an extra outlet behind her television so she could hide her wires. Juan was very patient. He worked with us to get the exact placing we wanted. And after my neighbor wanted to change her placement, he obliged and did just that. He gave us his professional opinion but he also listened to our feedback and concerns. Juan's quote was exactly what he charged us. There were no extra costs or unexpected things that came up. Juan worked diligently all day, he didn't even take a lunch. He arrived on time and cleaned up after his work. We did have to clean a little after but that's expected with all the work completed. Juan also put tarps on all our furniture including a wall painting to prevent dust from getting out our things. Also I want to mention how knowledgeable Juan is. We were going to install a switch outside like my neighbor. However we told Juan we only wanted the switch for a car charger. Juan could have just said okay and installed the switch to get our money. However, he explained why the switch for our car wouldn't be great. Juan was honest when he didn't need to be. He was willing to install the switch but didn't want us to pay for something we'd eventually have to change. Regarding the lights. We love them. I don't have photos of them fully, but I'll attach what we have. It really made a difference in our home and we're thrilled. For the living room my fiancee wanted a warmer light tone with he wanted a white tone for the kitchen. Overall Juan and Tellos did a great job. We would highly recommend Juan and we'll definitely use him again!
