If I had more than one screen to fix, perhaps I would've opted for the mobile companies. But, since I'm a fan of saving as much money as I can, I went here instead. The shop is near the corner of Palm Ave. and 16th St. There was plenty of street parking in front of the store when I went in at around 10 on a Friday morning. I walked in and there was an associate helping another customer. She acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. After a few minutes, she finished up with her customer and asked how she could help me. I showed her my window frame. She took measurements and quoted me a price. I only paid about a third of what the mobile companies wanted. She gave me a receipt and said that it would be ready in 1-3 days. I was in no hurry, so I was fine with that. I went on with my day and went home, but they ended up calling me at 2:30pm to say it was ready! Great service, and great price.

Chuck came out and explained everything thoroughly, measured, and gave a fair price. He was so knowledgeable, answered every question, and knew how to describe everything so that we could understand. It was almost like having an old friend over - that's how friendly and approachable he was. No hard selling, no pressure at all. All the windows are made to order - so Chuck told is it could take 6 weeks. But, they were done within 3 weeks - so we were very pleasantly surprised. Dimitry came to do the installation. He did three windows in three hours, and did them so incredibly well. Additionally, he cleaned up so thoroughly that you couldn't even tell that windows were replaced. He treated the job like it was being done in his own house; that's the level of craftsmanship and professionalism he showed. The only reason I went there was because our contractor recommended them and said they are fairly priced. The plan was to purchase the glass from them and have the contractor install it but we had to pick it up ourselves as they don't deliver (and they don't install either). Other than the fact that the employee looked bored out of her mind and couldn't answer any of my questions, she never called me back for the quote. I went there on a Monday and the employee said she will call me back as soon as she gets the quote back. Meanwhile, I called a few other companies to get quotes as well for a full service (product, delivery and installation). Thursday came and no word. So I called them and was told that the lady that helped me was out on her lunch and will call me back as soon as she gets back. Didn't get a call back. So I called on Friday and the same gentleman that answered the day before recognized me and said he will transfer me to his coworker. I was on hold a few minutes when the same gentleman got back on the phone, gave me a quote that made me fall out of my chair as he was more expensive than the 3 other companies that would deliver and install. I asked him to email me the quote to make sure I wasn't hearing him wrong. Sure enough, their quote way over what the others quoted me. Don't waste your time nor your money on this company.
