Chuck came out and explained everything thoroughly, measured, and gave a fair price. He was so knowledgeable, answered every question, and knew how to describe everything so that we could understand. It was almost like having an old friend over - that's how friendly and approachable he was. No hard selling, no pressure at all. All the windows are made to order - so Chuck told is it could take 6 weeks. But, they were done within 3 weeks - so we were very pleasantly surprised. Dimitry came to do the installation. He did three windows in three hours, and did them so incredibly well. Additionally, he cleaned up so thoroughly that you couldn't even tell that windows were replaced. He treated the job like it was being done in his own house; that's the level of craftsmanship and professionalism he showed. The transformation was remarkable - and the quality of the product is outstanding. The new windows keep out heat and light, and will last a very, very long time! The only reason I went there was because our contractor recommended them and said they are fairly priced. The plan was to purchase the glass from them and have the contractor install it but we had to pick it up ourselves as they don't deliver (and they don't install either). Other than the fact that the employee looked bored out of her mind and couldn't answer any of my questions, she never called me back for the quote. I went there on a Monday and the employee said she will call me back as soon as she gets the quote back. Meanwhile, I called a few other companies to get quotes as well for a full service (product, delivery and installation). Thursday came and no word. So I called them and was told that the lady that helped me was out on her lunch and will call me back as soon as she gets back. Didn't get a call back. So I called on Friday and the same gentleman that answered the day before recognized me and said he will transfer me to his coworker. I was on hold a few minutes when the same gentleman got back on the phone, gave me a quote that made me fall out of my chair as he was more expensive than the 3 other companies that would deliver and install. I asked him to email me the quote to make sure I wasn't hearing him wrong. Sure enough, their quote way over what the others quoted me. Don't waste your time nor your money on this company.

After one day, the small round crack became more pronounced that I didn't think it would get any bigger, but after only three days it tripled in size and by the fourth day it had a long 5 inch line spreading out of a center. I love my car and I love taking care of it. I'm glad I found this place. It was very quick. I am always busy running errands. These guys didn't waste my time. I highly recommend this place. The price was reasonable enough for a replacement windshield and I actually like this windshield better than the original because it has a tinted bar at the top. Yelp sent the request out to several local companies, and these guys were one of the businesses that responded. They ended up having the best price of the quotes I received, but more importantly, they were responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning. They already had great reviews and were close to where I work, so everything lined up. My schedule changed and I wasn't able to get the windshield done when I originally planned. About a week later, I messaged them basically asking if they could take me on 20 minutes' notice. No problem. They told me to come over, and as soon as I arrived they pulled the truck in and started working. Before installing the windshield, they showed me the glass they had and compared it to what was already on my truck. They actually pointed out the manufacturer marking on my old windshield and explained the differences between the options, including some of the tint and markings around the glass. No upsell or pressure, just making sure I got what I wanted. They told me it would take about an hour, so I brought my laptop and figured I'd catch up on emails while I waited. I don't think it even took 30 minutes. I barely got through what I planned to do before they were finished. Great price, great communication, extremely accommodating, and excellent service from beginning to end. Five stars across the board!
