While finalizing the details and signing paperwork with Dan, I mentioned to him that the van was listed on the site for roughly $2k less than it is on the sticker. To be honest I was going to buy it regardless and I would have chalked up-to a bait and switch. Dan checked that in fact the advertised price on the site was what I said. Here's what's amazing, Dan without making excuses or trying to bargain a slightly lower price changed the price to what was advertised on the site. That display of integrity is why I will be a customer of theirs for life. In addition to that I brought up the fact that the fuel door was broke and there was only one key fob that didn't work. He ordered the new fuel door and had a locksmith come to our business to program the existing key and make an additional key. Btw both vehicles run great and I've had no major issues outside of normal wear and tear. I can not recommend these guys enough. Great customer service!
