Clickinks is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 25-year business career. As the prior reviewer stated, their customer service is abysmal. They sent me an incompatible cartridge despite it being listed on their website as compatible. Then, they didn't respond to two customer service emails from me, and when I finally called said they would charge me to return the faulty shipment. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The cartridges I bought for a Dell computer failed. The replacement cartridges also failed. When I asked for my money back, they refused, saying the warranty had lapsed, even though the substitute cartridge also failed within the 6 month warranty period and I notified them of such. Sorry--no cigar--since your actual request for the refund was slightly beyond the warranty period. What a sham--they can theoretically keep sending bad replacements until the warranty expires and then slam the door in your face. CAVEAT EMPTOR. I ordered 3 black and 1 color set of remanufactured ink. When the rder arrived and I tried to install the cartridges, the magenta cartridge would not seat properly and the printer message said that it was damaged. I emailed their customer service and received a reply that a customer service rep would contact me "within 2 business days." I am still waiting to hear from them, 4 business days later. Yesterday and this morning I called them and was on hold for 11 minutes the first time and 8 minutes this morning without ever speaking with anyone. I wouldn't wish this company or their product on my worst enemy. With the help of their garbage inks and cartridges we've lost 1 Epson R1900 and came VERY close to losing a 2nd one. Did I mention the customer service is also horrid? Well, god forbid you actually have an issue and have to deal with these monsters. We've had everything from cartridges explode inside the printer leaving a gigantic mess everywhere, not recognized from the garbage boards they use, and just plain won't work for one reason or another. In December I ordered six cartridges that cost $52.24 Put four into printer, and they would not print. Incompatible message so I called tech support. Did all he said to do but they still would not work. So, I sent them back, as told, for a refund. No response. Folks, if I can impart one simple piece of advice to all of you, it would be this: Do not order anything from Clickinks.com. Oh, I know they have a Groupon. Don't do it. On MARCH 31st, we ordered 2 printer cartridges from them. As of today, we have one correct one (received August 8) and the other one we ordered is now no longer carried by them. But this notification coming only after they sent us the incorrect one THREE times (each time resulting in my having to schlep it to the post office and send it back). I placed an order but it did not go through so I replaced it - as it turns out the order went through twice. I called to cancel the first order and was told the first order would be refunded. It has been three weeks and it still has not. Then a few weeks later I received an email that my order was not in stock. I then cancelled the second order and asked to receive a refund. My 87 year old mother ordered ink cartridges from clickinks that distroyed her printer. Back in March, I returned the cartridges to the company with their RMA number. It is now 3 months later, 9 phone calls, and 1 email and my mother is yet to receive her refund. The clerks have given us every excuse one can think of (which I believe is their strategy). Their greeting which I have now memorized spouts "quality service" and how "important your business is to us" is an outright lie! I have send before and I say it again "a deal is not always a deal" I wish someone would file a class action suit against this company for false business practices; I would be the first to sign up. This company is a freaking joke! I purchased a groupon back in June 2015, applied it to my order and it showed the discount however when I completed the purchase they charged me for the whole amount. When I contact them regarding the issue they stated it was because the product I ordered was not covered under the groupon discount, I then cancelled my order and requested a refund, which i'm still waiting for. I have even contact the better business bureau and these jerks even give them the run around. The order was for only around $40 but now it's just about principal. I have literally been waiting for a refund since 6/22/15 and every time I called, emailed or had the BBB reach out to them they gave some stupid excuse about how there accounting department was undergoing some drastic change. Horrible company! Don't do business with them ever! Read all the reviews from people all having the same problem -- they send defective. Art ridges or they don't send them at all but still charge you and you can't get money back! Better business bureau rating F ... I cannot get off the email list I have unsubscribed multiple times and I keep getting emails. They shipped me a partial order but charge me over $400 for ink that I never received. I called multiple times to speak to customer service but they would not reverse the charge. Alternately I was protected through my credit card company and they canceled the charge and refunded my money. I could never get a call back from a manager or a customer service representative to explain the problem. To this day I have never received the shipment of ink that I ordered. Stay away from this site. I ordered $130 worth of ink cartridges. The printer will not recognize them. I emailed the company and the suggestion was to turn printer on and off after 15 min: no help. Then toss all the original cartridges remaining (still almost full) and replace with the refurbished ones. This photo printer has 8 cartridges, all quite expensive. I'm not about to do that to find out that none of the refubished ones work. I am extremely frustrated. Communication has bee very difficult. Only via e-mail, and the responses take a long time. This is the most deployable company to date. I placed an order on 9/4 received the wrong ink fillers sent them back at my cost, I emailed them 3 times NO RESPONSE! I called twice because the guy told me to send 3 cartridges to a Sanford, FL address it was returned NOTE: business closed with no forwarding address. Don't order anything from this company. I received an order that was completely in error. Sent it back with me paying for the postage as the postmaster said this company can say they never received it. Thus I spent $9.65 to return it. They have promised a refund that never comes. Spoke with Elizabeth, Eliza and several other CSR and it's the same lie over and over again. I am going to take them to small claims court - if nothing else it will garner some horrible publicity for them - but perhaps save other customers in the long run. My order was over $100. USPS texted me that my package was left on my porch. I never received my package. Called Clickinks thinking my package was insured. Regular shipping is sent uninsured. I was lied to by this company repeatedly, they said after their investigation they would send a replacement order. There is a reason these cons are not Better Business Bureau accredited. If you buy the exact manufacturer ink specified by your printer company you will be ok. I tried the refurbished and was disappointed when the printer flashed error messages and did not function. Clickinks sent me instructions to get past the error messages which did not work. I needed to print and could not. I was told by their company that I could not Mix manufacturer cartridges and off brand cartridges. Over all, the ink did not work. I purchased manufacturer INK at Staples and the printer worked fine. Click Inks stated they would not refund my money or give me an exchange because it had taken me too long using their instructions did to use their cheaper ink to try to fix my printer. I have their INK sitting on my shelf useless and gathering dust. read more

I had an Epson WF 3640 printer and I ordered 2 large black cartridges and 2 sets of color cartridges. The order came with a free black cartridge. I believe the cost was around $95.00. I received the cartridges quickly enough, but when I inserted the black cartridge the printer would not work. I discovered that the little circuit board was missing on the cartridge. I inserted another cartridge and the printer would not work. I then realized that the little plastic nipple on my printer had broken off into the first bad black cartridge. There was no repair economically possible. I contacted Clickink and they said they would give me a refund. They provided a return shipping label and I returned all of the new cartridges. I had not opened one black cartridge or any of the three sets of color cartridges. After more than 4 months of trying to communicate with Clickink, they issued to me a $29 refund. I was out nearly $70 for the cartridges and had to buy another printer. I suggest avoiding this vendor and remanufactured ink cartridges. read more

In Dec 2018 I bought a set of inks for a Canon Pixma Pro-10. Only 1 color worked. They sent instructions to troubleshoot which includes: "place cartridge in an bowl of tap warm water for 10/15 minutes until you see the ink start to seep out"! Did not fix problem. I asked for refund. No reply. I asked for refund again and they sent me a Merchandise Return Label - No Postage Required. The post office does not provide tracking with this so I took a photo of the box at the post office. I feared they'd say they didn't get the items so I took a photo at the post office. 3 weeks and 3 emails later they replied they looked everywhere and didn't get the returned items-"Please be so kind and attach a copy of the proof of postage, we will continue to investigate and try to find the cartridges in our warehouse". The post Office will not provide any proof of postage with a prepaid "merchandise return-Cartridge recycling" label. I sent the photo from the post office and they replied they will "begin the refund process for the full amount and you can expect the funds back to you within 10-12 work-days although we ask to be allowed a maximum time-frame of 30 days." read more

I ordered HP61 Black & Color ink. I received HP61XL, 8 days later. I phoned Clickinks and was emailed a shipping label for return. Only downfall was the return shipping cost was not included. I phoned them back and was told because sent me label already could not resend me new one by email it would have to be sent thru the mails. So I am waiting I figure 5 days to get to me. Like a few other reviewers here, I too have had trouble getting a simple refund . It's going on 4 MONTHS now to get $50 for ink that would not work in my epson. I am so beyond annoyed with them. I have called 3 times and emailed countless times and each time I am told they are taking care of it. One time I asked the person to take me to a supervisor. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes. Then he returned to say noone was available. This is rediculous. I will be posting bad reviews on EVERY single website I can find until something is done. Apparently it's not possible to give zero stars, but that's what this horrendously lousy operation deserves. Thought maybe my situation was unusual until I started reading the other reviews. Like a number of others, I needed to return my order within the 30-day window, got the authorization and labels to do so, and then...nothing. Oh, I got confirmation that the return shipment was received by ClickInks, but as for my refund, I'm still waiting 4 months later. Each phone conversation or email promises that it will be issued within 10-14 days, but of course that's just their standard line (maybe I should spell that lie(n). After the most recent exchange, and even after having warned them what my next step would be, I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, as had been suggested by one of the leading consumer groups. I have had nothing but problems with clickinks.com. The ink I ordered came and was all leaky and I returned it. They sent another batch of off brand ink that I couldn't get to work on my Canon and so returned that order as well. They gave me a hard time and wanted me to try and try and try to use it. After spending 3 hours trying to get the off brand ink to work I decided to return the ink. Clickinks.com agreed to refund my but I haven't received the refund. I, too, have had the run around every time I called them to get my refund. The manager would no let me speak to her manager or anyone in accounting. She, too, told me that it was out of her hands and the request was over in accounting. I filed BBB and my credit card company. I see that many other people have had issues with this company. Worst company ever!! I have never been so disappointed in customer service. I waited 3 weeks for my ink to come in and 5 weeks to get a refund and that is calling every week and then ever day the last week and finally talking to the manager 2x but still nothing happened. Finally got he refund. They could have voided the transaction as I called them to cancel it within 30 min. of placing the order. Company sells ink that is off-brand and not compatible with a standard Epson printer. After it is returned with the company's label and Return number, they ignore requests for refund. If I could give them a big Zero rating for customer service I would. I received a defective cartridge from them and wanted it replaced. Because I order ahead of time in bulk, I didn't need this color (I mostly use black anyway), until recently, but had ordered this in late 2015. They, of course, refuse to replace it since the order was placed in 2015. Doesn't matter to them that it was defective. Meanwhile, if they were smart they would see that I have a great order history from them, and should refund the lousy $7.95 that it costs for one stinkin' cartridge, in order to keep a good customer. This company is the worst. I tried to get a full refund for 3 returned ink cartridges,but only got a refund for 1. Customer service said I only sent 1 cartridge back to the warehouse. But I sent 3,along with a cover letter. No good. C/S said the warehouse doesn't read letters and only processes the returned cartridges. I spoke to 3 C/S reps. No one would give me the office of the President, a Mr. Daya.( not company policy). Don't do business with them. The Better Business Bureau of Central Florida has over 300 complaints.
