After receiving and returning (via RMA label) inferior catridges in July, I am still waiting for a $302.06 refund which I feel at this pont I will never receive. I spent over 4 hours on hold during at least a half dozen phone calls trying to get my issue resolved. I was even told via e-mail by Revetta Whittaker, Cusotmer Service Supervisor, that my refund "had been processed to accounting for processing". It is now the end of November and I have no refund and no communication from Clickinks. I have reported this incident to the Florida BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. My credit card company is conducting it's own fraud investingation of this incident. Clickinks had the chance to resolve this issue and save a customer tht had done business with them in the past. At this point they have done nothing more than create a very unhappy customer. I will post everywhere I can and tell everyone I know NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH CLICKINKS! read more

This company is one of the worst to do business with. Actually, the word business is being nice to them...I think their only goal in life is ripping off the consumer. I ordered ink via Living Social. They then refused to honor the coupon, and I cancelled the order. They charged my credit card 7 days before shipping the order, against the law, and have now taken over 4 weeks to process the refund. Buyer beware, this company is dishonest and will try to cheat you. read more

Wish I checked on here before placing my order at the beginning of December! Like most other complaints on here, I purchased ink with a "7-10 business day shipment guarantee". MY A$$! My order was placed Dec. 1st and wasn't shipped until 1/2/15. To honest, taking a month to get ink I ordered would never normally bother me to the point that I complain to BBB and on here! It's what happened in-between that really got me frustrated. THEIR PHONE NUMBER NEVER WORKS! So it's almost impossible to talk to someone and if you ever do get through, you are on hold for over a half hour which is unacceptable to me and I simply can't sit on the phone for that long! If you try emailing them, they barely respond and if they do, it's so short and barely answers your questions or solves your problems! I literally got the SAME EXACT EMAIL, word for word, from the same "ANNA" multiple times over the course of 3 weeks in response to multiple emails saying "WE ARE SORRY, YOUR INK WAS OUT OF STOCK, BUT GOOD NEWS! IT JUST CAME IN AND IS BEING SHIPPED TOMORROW!" I received that email over the course of three weeks and it literally was never shipped until weeks later. What kind of company is this? I will make sure I, nor anyone I know, ever orders form there! read more

I am creating a yelp account just so I can let people know how horrible the ink from click inks is. IT DOES NOT WORK. I just purchased multiple black ink cartridges (bc it was a good deal) and not a single one of them works. This is the WORST QUALITY ink I have ever used. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!! read more

If I could give a zero I would. I left a 1 star review on clickinks website and I don't even see it. They modify their reviews. Product is crap. Inks did not print. Had to wait forever for them to process a refund. placed my order in 2/25/2015 and they processed a "refund" on May 29,2015. Here's the biggest joke, the "refund" would be in the form of a store credit. Clinks is horrible. I will never order from them again and will let whomever I know (all 639 Facebook friends) about their horrible customer service and crap quality. read more

I'm with Aaron, Denise, Brad, Joe and others. I would give no stars if I could. I got my 3 cartridges in a timely manner, so no complaints there. But some weeks later when I tried using them in my printer, I found out they were not compatible. Emails, online customer service, phone calls... all to no avail. They finally copped out with their warranty information: you have to find out within TWO WEEKS of ship date that the product doesn't work and get their permission to return it within 30 days. Take away the 4-7 days it takes to get to you, and the week at a time they take to get back, and you're quickly out of those small windows; not to mention that most people don't have to change their ink as soon as the cartridges would arrive. The products DID NOT WORK, and the customer service was a disgrace to the concept. Add to that the fact that they will not remove my email address and I can't say enough about how I dislike this company. I have tried their "unsubscribe" function and it won't work; I have emailed to no avail; I have talked at length with customer service and been assured my email address has been removed - that was months ago and I still get emails from "Emily" at least 3 times a week. I just tried giving feedback on their own website and each time I clicked "Submit", it conveniently (for them) gave me an error message. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one being stung by this lousy company. They get my raspberry vote for 2015, and I will be only to glad to share my experience to those who will listen. read more

terrible product: ordered package of 7 inkjet ink cartridges, so far 1 works, 3 do not. Asked for refund and have heard nothing back. Wish I'd looked at these reviews before buying from them! Never again!!!! read more

They kept my money and I have yet to receive a re-manufactured cartridge that works.I ordered 3 BW inkjet cartridges and 6 color cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 8630 for $100 plus shipping. When they arrived, I stored them for approximately 70 days until I needed them. When I went to use them they did not work. I was told that the black cartridge needed to be replaced and they would not refund my money since more than 60 days had passed. I paid $10 or so to return the clack cartridges. When the new ones arrived a couple weeks later, they also did not work. Nor did the color cartridges work with original authentic HP black cartridges. They said they would give me store credit for the full amount though. So, I sent all of the cartridges back. 4 weeks and two phone calls later, I finally got them to post the store credit to my account. However, they charged me "restocking fees". So, now I am into this for about $120, I have no working cartridges, and I have a $71 "store credit". So, even if I end up with cartridges that actually work (which I am not optimistic about), I would have been money ahead (and not have wastes so much time) had I just gone to Office Depot in the first place. This is a scam company that makes their money by delivering junk, wearing the customer down, and keeping the money. read more

Will never order from them again. I don't know who Jonathan Y is with "never had a problem ", but he is the only one. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!! They take your order, they take your money, but deliver your product whenever they please. "Oh, it backordered".. never call never say anything... you check up on your order and, they say nothing. They customer service reps are TERRIBLE AND RUDE.. Don't buy from this company... you'll be sorry.. read more

In October 2016 I ordered 2 ink cartridges for my printer. I did not need them until last week (Feb 14, 2017) but when I tried to put them into the proper slots I was unable to do so as they would not fit. The cartridges from Clickinks were slightly larger than the proper cartridge which caused the problem. I have used different brands of cartridges without a problem. Today, Feb 22, I called them and explained the problem. I asked for my money back ($30.53) and was told that my warranty had expired. I told them I could send the cartridges back as they had never been used and was advised that the warranty had expired but they would send me instructions on how to put the cartridges in the printer. Selling products out of state makes it easy to rip off people. Clickinks got their pound of flesh from me and I am out $30.53. read more

Worst product. Ink leaked all over my desk. And good luck trying to return it ... on hold for 15 minutes still no 'representative' to assist. These are going in the garbage ... BUYER BEWARE. read more

Ordered some ink.. came two weeks later. The ink didn't work and I called their 1800 number and asked for a refund and they said just give them the tracking number and it will be refunded once received. It was all Email communication after that... I gave them the tracking number and they got it. I waited a week and no refund; I emailed and no response for two weeks. Then I get a refund for $7 (I paid $20 plus shipping back) and an email another that simply stated you got a refund of $7 (no sorry for the late response or explanation on why the kept the other $13). I emailed back asking why I got a partial refund and it's been 2 weeks with no response. I really don't care about $13...I wish I had read the reviews and it sounds like they need money more than I do. But never again! Buyer Beware! read more

Purchase a colored and two black and white print cartridges. Black and white cartridge worked for a little while but then quick working. I called customer service and the rep said what to do to make cartridge work again...I followed his instructions to the tee but each time the printer rejected it with a note stating the printed was unable to align the cartridge. Same thing happened with the second print cartridge. I don't recommend buying these print cartridges. read more

bought a new HP 6520 printer. when i ran out of the ink it came with i saw the prices for new HP ink. i searched for recycled (or clickinks called them 'remanufactured') and i found my hp ink for half the price from the office depot. ordered on wednesday last week got it tuesday this week. Very happy with results. Thanks clickinks read more

I wish I had read reviews before doing business with Clickinks! I am still waiting for a refund on product I NEVER RECEIVED! I'm thinking I'm out $50. After dealing with their non-responsive and indifferent customer "service". I have a feeling I've been "had" AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! read more

I had purchased some ink cartridges from them about a year ago. Tried using the magenta one a week ago. It didn't work. I checked the FAQ's for a solution and emailed them also. None of their solutions worked. I didn't ask for a refund, just a replacement cartridge. Final answer was that it was out of warranty. Dude, you're supposed to be a great company. You couldn't replace just ONE cartridge? I would have sent the other one back if u wanted it. Just a lot of run around and B.S. when it comes to their customer service. I finally bought a real Epson cartridge and what do you know, it worked.. go figure. DON'T BUY FROM THEM CAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.. Just look at the reviews.. a majority of their reviews talk about their poor customer service. read more

I'm not even slightly pleased. I'm estimating that less than 20% of the cartridges I ordered ever worked of the few that did the quality and performance was very low. They have horrible customer service and won't even place their toll free number on the website. It's only available through the help section under refund q/a. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PRINTER IS AN EPSON read more

I ordered ink cartridges from them in February ,2014. When I received the product it did not fit my printer. After speaking with a service supervisor it was determined that the cartridges packed in the cartons where a different part number and I was issued a return label and authorization number. My understanding was that they would immediately ship the correct cartridges. It is now May and I still do not have my ink. Never again. read more

I have been a customer of this business for a couple of years now, and the 1st order I received 2013 was good, but this last order (in 2014) was terrible!! I ordered my usual; buy 2 cartridges, get 1 free! The supposedly free cartridge (or 3rd cartridge) leaked and ran ink! Calling them is like waiting for Obama to get the USA out of debt - Hold time exceeded 35 minutes! Called another day, and the same happened. Because of the delays, I am going to be somebody else's customer!! CLICKINK, IF YOU WANT TO KEEP ME AS YOUR CUSTOMER, YOU CAN SEND ME THAT "SO CALLED FREE CARTRIDGE" WITHIN 10 DAYS, AND IM STILL YOURS! IF NOT, IM GONE!! What can I say that many people hasn't said already. Wrong shipment, customer service lies about refunds, long wait time when calling customer service, and did I miss anything else? Oh yea, you'll never get your money back when you ask for a refund. If I can give it a negative start, I would. These people should be put out of business. read more

DO NOT ORDER from Clickinks!!!! ANY, Up front savings you think you are getting will not be adequate to cover the aggravation and lack of support you will receive from this company. Would you like waiting on hold for 22 minutes to have them only offer to email instructions to possibly resolve an issue that you're having with their ink cartridge? That not fixing the issue, go through another 19 minute wait to be told, These only have 90 day warranty. I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do and no further support or anyone else to talk to. read more

STAY AWAY ..... Other reviews are absolutely true. This company is a JOKE. I ordered with a GROUPON voucher. Order was for XL remanufactured ink cartridge. I received standard capacity. read more

I have a Dell Photo 926 printer, and none of the cartridges Clickinks sent me work with it -- and they refused to provide a refund. I work for a national media company and we will not be using this product ever again. read more

If I could select less than one star I would. I ordered XL ink cartridges for my all-in-one HP Printer based on their assurance that this was genuine HP ink cartridges that had simply been refilled. Not one of them worked!! Every cartridge I put in said "one or more cartridges seem to be damaged". None of their ink worked for me. It was an expensive misjudgment to buy ink from these people. Not only did the product not work, it failed on a weekend and you can only reach someone betw 9-5 M-F. I had to order HP ink from Amazon for same day delivery. thank goodness I have Amazon Prime and could get it with FREE same day delivery. I will let them know immediately that Clinkinks.com is not a good product and ask them to no longer offer products from them. Huge Rip Off. I have yet to resolve this with clickinks and have no confidence that I will be able to. read more

Ink cartridges didn't work, so we asked to return them for a refund, but instead they gave us several processes to try to get them to work. After a lot of wasted time, we figured it out on our own (none of the things they told us to do worked), but they still never worked well - patchy printing, terrible quality. But they wouldn't give us a refund. Also, several of the black inks were leaking in the packages. They told us to send them a picture so they could consider refunding us. Pictures sent, but they never did. read more

Don't be fooled by all those positive reviews! The products they sold me were absolute garbage! The first cartridge ran out after four pages and the second one broke my printer. When I tried to return the unused ones, I got stonewalled! LOUSY PRODUCTS, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company is the worst I have ever dealt with! Do not touch them with a ten-foot pole. read more

Ordered ink on 11/28/17 with documented promise of immediate shipping and 3 day expedited shipping. On 12/6/17 noarrival of merchandise so called "customer service". Come to find out the items were supposedly shipped on 12/5/17 with expected shipping time of up to 7 days, NOT AS PROMISED. I was finally given a USPS tracking number (though no email of shipping or numbers were ever emailed to me or notice of any shipping delay). When I logged onto the USPS website, found out that as of today, items have not been received by the USPS. I tried to speak to someone to resolve this but was not permitted to speak with a supervisor or anyone else. I notified my credit card company to stop payment only to find out the this company charged my card as soon as order was placed before the merchandise was shipped. Still no ink and they were already paid. This company is a giant rip-off and does not perform as promised. STAY AWAY! read more

Worst customer service ever! Avoid at all costs

AVOID! If you don't want to end up in one of Dante's circles of hell, never order from this company. I ordered more than a month ago and am still waiting. As for their customer service, what a joke! This company sucks and I grew up in a household where we were not allowed to use that word. I can't get a customer service to answer a question about the status of a refund for an order that I never received from UPS. They keep sending me emails instructing me to go to the Post Office to file a claim, when they already filed a claim with UPS...the real carrier... about 2-/1/2 months ago. UPS says they sent paperwork to Clickinks to resolve this matter but are getting no response....like me. But to make things even worse... I started tracking the number of copies from their 'high desnity cartridges' and find that I am getting about half the number of copies that I get with real Brother Ink Cartridges. What a surprise? read more

THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Some of their inks were defective, proven when I bought the Brother's brand locally which worked, while the ink from Clickinks did not. After acknowledging receipt of the returned defective ink, they refused credit, saying it was over six months. Go figure. read more

Stay away even if you have a coupon or a great deal. Not worth it. If I could go lower on the star rating I would!! So I would say a total of 5 pages worth of black. read more

I had ordered ink from this company before without a problem. However, I recently ordered "compatible" ink from them and right after installing their ink, my printer (Canon MX 860) died. I was advised by both Canon and an independent technician that the ink had caused the Canon' demise. When I called Clickinks, who claims to offer "100% satisfaction", the customer service rep was rude, wanted me to have someone come to my house, (incur even more expense than having to replace my computer!) to verify the opinion of 2 knowledgable sources, in order to get compensation for the ink I had bought. This is not reasonable "customer service" - and this is a company that deserves to fail. read more

Clickinks is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 25-year business career. As the prior reviewer stated, their customer service is abysmal. They sent me an incompatible cartridge despite it being listed on their website as compatible. Then, they didn't respond to two customer service emails from me, and when I finally called said they would charge me to return the faulty shipment. Do NOT buy from these people--order on Amazon instead for the same price. read more

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The cartridges I bought for a Dell computer failed. The replacement cartridges also failed. When I asked for my money back, they refused, saying the warranty had lapsed, even though the substitute cartridge also failed within the 6 month warranty period and I notified them of such. Sorry--no cigar--since your actual request for the refund was slightly beyond the warranty period. What a sham--they can theoretically keep sending bad replacements until the warranty expires and then slam the door in your face. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Besides that my computer shop says the Click-Inks cartridges have probably ruined my Dell printer. Too bad I can't give a ZERO for stars. read more
