I have made five phone calls to god knows where, but none of the representatives spoke English ... it was all broken English, and impossible to understand! They said that i should send them a new photo of the middle picture, which one child had white skin and the other brown skin, and they would fix.... never hit fixed and never heard back from them. I called again, fir the fourth time, I sympathized with them that I was in the hospital and if they could make the two girls white and also change the name it would be great.... they said I would have to Oder all over and the price would be $54.96..... there is nothing they could or would do to help me out with my situation .... unacceptable! Do not buy ink cartridges from them. We bought 5 all at one time and 3 of them did not work. We did not open the last 2 packs. I have emailed them twice and no one has ever answered them. The receipt gives the email clearly but no response. We are out $40. I know $40 is cheap and that I should know you get what you pay for. Ordered "Genuine Epson Ink" From them, paid about $80, didn't receive it for a month and a half, tried numerous times to get a hold of them in that time and received no help. By the time i received the ink, my printer was super clogged, and I had to use close to $200 dollars of ink just to unclog the printer. And when I received the ink, it was not epson ink, but a nock off I could have got for $25. The kicker? The chip was faulty and the cartridge failed after a few times. Now I am out almost $400, and no one will answer my call. read more

I have to agree with all the negative remarks here. They have a number of BBB complaints and they are not a member. Still waiting for a refund. Not significant @ $32 but it's the principle that scammers like this are allowed to operate freely. If it isn't refunded I will file a complaint with my credit card company. Nothing shipped. No response using their online tools. Status update on their website doesn't work. Doesn't even take you to a page that would provide it. DO NOT! I said DO NOT order from here!!! November 11th 2016, I ordered because they said they had what I needed in stock. Canon Ink. I waited. Nope. Waited another two weeks and called as it still hadn't showed up. I needed what I had ordered so I had to get it from B&H. Of course that showed up in two days. I called and cancelled the order. They cancelled the order and said they would process my refund. It is now February 1st 2017 and I call to see why they haven't processed my refund. They say "We will get to it when we get to it, it goes by priority" Whatever that means????????? So I say " It needs to be a priority as you have had my money for over two months and I don't think that is acceptable." AND......They HUNG UP ON ME. I have since filed a claim with my visa people so I am sure that they will give me my money but.............I do hope that they take the funds from this company. DONT DO IT- These companies will rip you off This company also has other companies that are linked to it. In January I placed an order with the company Office Saints, I have the original receipt. They never refunded me for a cancelled order in which they claimed to have a product in stock and did not. The receipt has the phone number on it which no longer belongs to Office Saints, it now belongs to PrinterPIx.com. They were certainly able to assist me in getting me to the Office Saints person to help me with me order. No one helped me I just got the run around as usual. I have been trying to get a refund for months. In my journey I have found other businesses linked to them as well. Most have been linked to addresses of bulidings that are not even occupied. (Google search the address and call the realtor) Be careful these companies are all fraudulent. PrinterPix.com has the BuySafe label however when you reach out to BuySafe.com they are claim this company has no complaints and it in good standing, which is clearly not true by reading the latest google review. The google reviews for Office Saints are no longer up. Please do not get caught by these rip offs. read more

Product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, even if the product is not identified as "out of stock" on the Site. I ordered Genuine Canon ink cartridges And when they arrived they were what they call compatibles, not made by Canon. I thought I had made a mistake so I reordered making sure I put Canon ink cartridges in the Online shopping cart. But when they sent the order confirmation via email it again was the compatibles. Office Saints is a bait and switch dishonest organization. I see now by other complaints I'm going to have a problem getting a refund for the incorrect order which I have returned to them. This company's website will redirect you to www.clickinks.com to order printer ink cartridges. My experience with clickinks.com is as follows: Remanufactured ink cartridges leaked all over the place. After navigating a maze of e-mail addresses and automated answering systems, I was finally able to obtain a return authorization label by pressing the "order" number. Over a month after sending the return, I decided to follow up. After being placed on hold for a couple of minutes, I was told "oh, we just received your return"... I was also told that I'd receive an e-mail confirmation of a debit to my card. That was two days ago, and still nothing. Calling my card company today to have the charge reversed. Other negative reviews are consistent with my experience. Wish I'd have checked these reviews before I became involved with clickinks. Beware when ordering printer ink cartridges from/through Office Saints. read more
