Never had this much problem with on line purchase. We no longer need the ink ordered as it took close to a month to come. We made alternative purchase. In the meantime we tried to cancel the order. No cancellation was done. The ink finally arrived as we no longer needed it, we have been trying to return the unused sealed ink. The site says free return. What a farce! We still do not know where to return and the site says we need a Return Merchandise Authorization which was requested has not arrived. The phone is always busy. Placed my order for ink cartridges for my Epson printer, all information correct as far as make and model. The cartridges they sent did not work on my printer. They suggested some weak troubleshooting to make the printer recognize the cartridges, this of course did not work. Contacted customer service, they did everything they could not to offer me a refund, finally sent me return information. I had to pay to ship the items back and not refunded for shipping. They "did me a favor" by not charging me a 20% restocking fee even after the problem was not mine. They would only offer a refund after the items were received and checked. I am SO sorry I got involved with this company. After all this they had the audacity to offer me 25% off by using code "Flash25" thinking I would ever use them again. Feel free to use the code. This is a most unreliable business with no customer support. I strongly suggest look elsewhere for your ink needs. I bought set of three inks and by mistake ordered HP 61 instead 63. I called back and first Clickink's assured me that I will get a return label & store credit. However, after that even after repeated requests I did mot hear back. Finally when I called I was told that the policy changed and all I get is 15% discount on my next order. This business is not at all customer friendly. read more

I have been a customer for years. In my recent order I received an empty black xl print cartridge. I called customer service and within three days I had a new cartridge. Why I received a defective cartridge I don't know but because click links has a great customer service department I will still recommend their products. read more

The main cause for a cartridge error, particularly the "incompatible" or "not recognised" error is because the printer is not able to communicate with the chip on the cartridge. This is an easy fix, all you have to do is: Take all of the cartridges out of the printer. Insert the problem cartridge into the printer. If you are experiencing difficulties with more than one cartridge, just insert one - start with the black if this is one of the cartridges that is not recognised. Switch the printer off for 10 minutes unplugging it from the wall; this will reconfigure your printer settings into recognising the compatible ink cartridge chip. Turn the printer back on and insert the other cartridges one by one, leaving recognised cartridges until last. Turn the printer off for 30 seconds after each new cartridge is inserted. Once you have done this do a test print and you should find that the cartridges are now recognised by your printer. Worst return policy I've encountered in decades. I rarely return items, but had to this time because of a printer problem. Was shocked that they charged a restocking fee, something I haven't encountered in decades. Worse, they didn't warn me in any way about their policy, just hit me with a 20% punishment fee for restocking. Shame on Clinkinks. Products are incompatible with standard printers. In order to make them work you have to go through an involved process of resetting your printer to factory settings, then install each cartridge, one at a time, turn off the printer, insert another... And you have to do this every time you turn on the printer. Not worth the discount. Customer service is a very bad joke. They didn't respond until I put my complaints up for the world to review on Facebook and then we had to go back and forth on email for a week until they gave me the "secret" to getting their shoddy products to work. Never offered a refund, replacement products or even a credit. Will never buy from them again. read more

Sorry I did not read the poor reviews here before ordering. Placed order, received confirmation but then heard nothing for several days. I had to contact them to be told "back ordered." Bought ink elsewhere and sent an email instructing "cancel my order." No response until several days later "Your order is shipped." I sent another email reminding them that I had cancelled. Received order fast. When I tried to return my inks I was put on hold listening to "music" that was not to my liking. No one answered. I texted requesting return number. The savings offered are not worth the quality of products. After purchasing toners from them for 2+ years, we have come across a multitude of problems with this company. They take a long time to deliver the product, sometimes requiring us to have to place an overnight order from Staples due to the long lead time. We worked around it and learned to order with time to ensure we had the toner before the printer required it. Then they sold us a toner in which the protection ribbon would not come off. We changed a black toner that same day with no difficulty removing ribbon. It was very obvious it was a defect in manufacturing. Contact ClickInks to explain the situation and they say we are out of warranty due 1) to the ribbon being "accidentally" torn and 2) because it was outside warranty period (purchased in February). The ribbon did not come off the toner, we figured it was stuck and tried pulling harder to salvage the product and because of ClickInk's defective product, our company lost money. Customer service was lackluster in even attempting to do right by customer. Their "100% satisfactory guaranteed" is only within warranty time said the guy. I'd rather pay more for a product with a manufacturer that stands by the quality of their product than from a company that sells you an inferior product. read more

I have been using Click Inks for years. Who want to pay over $20 a catridge for printer ink when there is a much better solution. Click Ink offers a much more economical solution. I bought a rpg245xl cartridge from them and i installed it as soon as i received it. it was only printing about half of the lines on my test pattern, so i did a head cleaning 3 times, no improvement...then i did a deep clean 3 times, still no improvement...i called customer support and they sent me an email with instructions on how to "fix' the problem...i had already done all of the suggestions...i called them back to get a refund and they told me they don't send return labels and i would have to pay to return the faulty cartridge, i asked the guy why i should pay to return their faulty product and he said i don't have to pay them to return it but the i will have to pay the shipping company to return it!...i'm about to blow a gasket i'm so pissed off! read more

There is no star rating LOW ENOUGH to rank this establishment. The products purchased did not perform as indicated. Company indicated they'd refund price of product. It's been a month and nothing is resolved. We ordered ink from this business. The product did not work as advertised on the website, and one cartridge affected the functioning of our printer. We called the company and they issues an RA number for returning the product. Product ordered on 12/7, our card was charged on 12/9;we sent the ink back via priority mail on 12/27 and the package was delivered back to the company AND WAS SIGNED FOR on 12/30. On 1/14 a follow up call was placed and I have been told that they have no record of receiving the product back, even though we have proof of delivery, and that one department has no idea what the other department is doing. They indicated that it will probably take 2 months get the refund. "That is the policy" was my response from the customer service rep. Their product didn't work. We returned it. Now our money is being held hostage. Not good business, in my opinion. read more

Everything is hunky-dory until you have problem with your order. That's when it gets unpleasant. Their return process is a HOLY MIGRAINE of pain. The phone reps are friendly and want to help, but the end result is terrible. Real world example: They sent a defective cartridge. It was impossible after a -Very Long- phone discussion to get this through to the rep. I had to take photos of the cartridge. I emailed the photos and then never heard back. AVOID THESE COMPANY. I made the mistake of ordering remanufactured ink cartridges for my company's HP K5400. The first one which I put in was the large black cartridge, which caused the printhead to clog within a hundred pages. When I discussed the problem with support, they sent me a long procedure to follow which was for printers that use one piece cartridge-printheads, which the K5400 does not. It has separate printheads, one of which now needs to be replaced at a cost of nearly $80. They don't make good products, and they don't know how to support what they sell. Look for decent prices on EBay or Amazon or elsewhere on authentic cartridges and save yourself the headhace. read more

After purchasing a new printer, I gave them one last try .. And they FAILED! The cartridges did not work. I will Never order from here again and I will also spread my story so others do not make the same mistake as well! I put in an order on Feb 6 2013. I sent an email asking to cancel my order 30 min to 1 hr later. I accidentally forgot to put my order number on the email, so that was my mistake. However, I didn't get a response from someone until Feb 22nd which was the same day the ink arrived (16 days later, 11 business days) asking me for my order number! I wrote another email on Feb 23rd with the order number and also asked if I was responsible for shipping since I tried canceling my order on the 6th and I have yet to get a response!!!!!!! I am a busy mom and have a full time job Mon-fri so calling during the business hours wasn't an option for me so that's why I resorted to email. I have yet to get a response and it's now March 12th. I had ordered expensive ink Cartridges from this company that were so defective that they shut down my printer and left ink powder everywhere. I had called the company and was told to return the cartridges for a credit, which I did immediately. I just contacted Clickinks to use the credit that was issued to me, and I was told that they were not going to honor the credit, and that the company representative who handled the return of the defective cartridges "must have been new and didn't know their policy". How can any company expect to stay in business when they will not take responsibility for the actions of their own employees? Do not use this company. They cannot be trusted! read more

I have used this company in the past with no problems. However, I placed an order on 8/6, they were paid immediately thru Pay Pal. I was told the warehouse somehow dropped the order but they found it again just now. :) No phones answered, no emails returned, if I didn't know better I would have thought they were out of business.. Finally got them on the phone this morning and "errors" in the warehouse caused this problem. I couldn't get a reason for not letting me know. Just a promise I will get my order tomorrow. ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT IT! As you can see all reviews are 1 star. We received DAMAGED CARTRIDGES & they DO NOT WORK. When you call 1.800.706.4657 #3 for technical support it gives you a time to wait 1 min., 2 min., etc. and then right after it states "We're sorry we are experiencing technical problems. Please try your call later!" I called several times and decided to call the other phone number (407.805.3115) and press #2 for sales...20 min. later Alex answers. I informed him I would like a refund since I spent 1.5 hours yesterday trying to troubleshoot what I found online and he said he would email me a fix that should only take 15 min. and if that does not work I can call back or reply to the email and they would set me up with a refund. I also informed him I waited 20 min. on hold and how the phone system stated technical problems. He did not say a word. I asked if I could just go ahead with the refund since I do not have hours to spend troubleshooting and he said that it has to show that they sent me troubleshooting steps that I would not find online. I was patient tried what he asked and tried and still no luck. I called back and now the 407.805.3115 is stating technical problems as well. I clicked on the link at the end of his email that stated click here to chat with me live and no on responds. When I tried later I connected with Joey who did nothing but play games (I have the copy of the conversation we had) and he terminated the session without trying to help with the return label. I went to the BBB site to file a complaint and called this number they had 407.324.4816. I got a hold of Veronica in accounting and she sounded helpful and tried to connect me to the manager about the issue and I am still holding after 30 min.
