When I arrived they were so friendly they allowed me to meet my puppies parents and allowed my family time alone with the puppy to see if it was a good match. They even wanted to meet my adult dog as well! They treat the puppies as family, the puppy was use to being held by a human and so loving. We appreciate the fact that we did not feel pressured to purchase, they wanted us to feel comfortable. They produce good dogs that are well temperaments, kid and dog friendly. We even were given a care bag for the puppy. I will recommend FTPMALTESE to anyone, I give them 5 stars.

We rescued a 12 week old puppy from Texas and quickly learned we needed pro help as we haven't been puppy parents for 20 years and this little girl was a nutjob and may have been heading down a bad path behavior wise. Kristin got right back to me after my initial web page inquiry. When she arrived, she was relaxed and professional and her kind, caring, genuine personality was obvious from the start. She CARES about our furbaby. Her training skills were so effective even from the initial consultation that this little pup was learning: come, sit, shake and down (heel) and most important to us was her going in her crate when asked as this is something we really want her to master and be comfortable with. Kristin made it known that our role is crucial in her training and gave us handouts for our homework and skills to be met. By the second session, our pupper was learning: "touch" (snoot boops), learning to jump into her bed and "leave it" (biting stuff) and stay. We are able to redirect the evening zoomy/crazy time with physical and mental workouts for her that is good for all of us. The entire time during these sessions, Kristin is upbeat, fun and it really feels like we've known her forever. We trust her to do the best thing for all of us. I'm so happy we connected with her. I am excited for the future of what this little doggo is going to learn, master and how her confidence is going to grow. You cannot go wrong choosing her to help with your furkids. Thank you Kristin!!

Fantastic experience!!!!! We acquired a sweet Belgian Melanosis that was 8 months old. She was…read moresmart, energetic but generally hard to control on leash and would be apprehensive on walks when confronted by cars, other dogs, people, and other animals. At the end of a walk, I felt drained and have sore shoulders, it was not much fun. Since we RV and travel a lot, we wanted to be able to take the dog along without worry. We did a lot of research online and choose Daisy's Canine Academy. We opted for the two-week emersion program. We provided a list of commands and traits we were hoping for: 1) RVing, come, stay, fetch, heel, drop, sit, get, etc., 2) Socialized around people, other dogs, cars etc. and be calm and under control, 3) Go to Kennel, Basket on command. This was a lot to expect for just a two-week program. Daisy her trainer delivered in spades. The dog came back transformed; she did not do everything 100 percent, but honestly the most important thing was she trained the trainer, yes me I was able to continue working with the dog to fine tune her training, which is still a work in progress but fun for me as well as the dog. She does most what we outlined above and even more, can't wait for our first RV trip in the New Year. Daisy stays in touch and has had frequent follow-up visits. I would highly recommend Daisy's Canine Academy!!!

I like this place already. The owners are a married couple who host the retreat on their farm. Some employees live on the farm as well, which is nice because you know for sure that there's always someone around for your pup. They offer doggy training, boarding, and day camp. There's a fenced in area for the dogs that gives them more than enough space to run around. When we arrived most of the dogs were running around the fenced in space having a blast. Once the rain came I couldn't get any good pictures.
