Not a great experience for me. I had a problem with the washer plumbing that turned out to be a simple solution but didn't get tested. Turned out it wasn't simple and had them back out 2 more times. Repair was good, but I went to use my dryer and it didn't heat up. Thought my luck was just really bad and ordered a new dryer. Pulled out my dryer and the duct vent was pulled off the dryer and the gas was turned off. The lack of attention to detail was very disappointing to say the least. I called to share my issue and didn't hear back with a resolve. This was my first time with a plumbing company because I've always gone with family knowledge or the little guy. Not a good experience. Responding to your comment- The problem was the lack of detail caused the problem. I never said I always wanted the dryer, if that was the case, I would have bought it with the brand new washer. It's insulting you would say that and does not speak to your character. Simply stated, a mistake was made and no one followed up as I was told would happen. I didn't need a tech to turn the gas back on. I needed the tech to do that as part of the job. This is a forum to share experiences and I shared mine. read more

Anthony did a great job today replacing my water heater. It seems like pressure is better in the whole house. He was quick, clean, and very professional. We had a few items we needed help with - a leaky faucet, hose bib & water filters needed to be replaced. I sent pictures and spoke with Vance to get ball park quote before scheduling. Their pricing was fair & competitive so we scheduled the work for the following day. Our tech, Anthony, arrived on time was courteous and professional. Because we manage a couple small businesses in different cities, plus our homes over the Years, we've been through SO MANY leaks (and so many plumbers.) You can save yourself the headache, and call Cleveland. A couple years ago, we had a slab leak. Big job. They were clean, professional, and got the job done. Couple years before that, clearing yard drains full of roots. LAST WEEK, we had a leak in the wall! Pretty good size job because they had to knock out about 3 different access points to re-route the line. It was a two day job, BUT GET THIS, they made sure that after day 1, they still hooked up a line so we had water for dinner & showers that night, until they could return the following day. Now I personally could've made it another day camping style, but making sure we had water overnight for the wife & kids, that was Everything! They replaced the main water pressure regulator, garden hose spigot and the most recent project was to remove a bad and leaking tub drain in my upstairs bathroom.
