So when I opened the weak package I found PVC plumbing angle pieces Wal-Mart said I needed to contact hp manufacturer since it couldn't have happened there. I didn't appreciate the insinuating it didn't get switched at Walmart (cause that means somebody's not doing a good job). HP manufacturer got back to me quickly saying it is Walmart's responsibility to either refund the $75 or replace the ink . I needed that ink today, not tomorrow, TODAY for my small business.
