2 weeks ago, I bought hp65XL ink combo pack from electronics dept. I finally needed to open the package today , noticed the box a little weak, but since ink can't be returned I never questioned it. So when I opened the weak package I found PVC plumbing angle pieces Wal-Mart said I needed to contact hp manufacturer since it couldn't have happened there. I didn't appreciate the insinuating it didn't get switched at Walmart (cause that means somebody's not doing a good job). HP manufacturer got back to me quickly saying it is Walmart's responsibility to either refund the $75 or replace the ink . I needed that ink today, not tomorrow, TODAY for my small business. Will the manager please from Walmart make this right? I have the PVC joint still (but I dont think they'll do fingerprints). read more

Neutral: This is an ordinary Walmart that has been open for several decades. I remember buying canned soda from the front entrance for just $0.25 as a teen. Thumbs Up: It doesn't look old, so it's clear that it's well maintained. Only A one because 0 is not an option. The store is as clean as it can be considering the size . Baskets are hard to find in working condition. The fresh vegetables look like they came out of HEB dumpster. If you are going to have self check out keep them up and working right . What is it with this store? Go to the next closest Walmart in any direction and it's a night/day difference. Produce lying on the floor, rusted shelves, dirty floors with shit strewn everywhere, bathrooms, cigarette butts at the door.... Filthy rundown appearance, trash everywhere in the parking lot, absolutely disgusting. Been to better "establishments" in Iraq at the peak of the war. read more

Absolutely the worst Walmart in southeast Texas hands down. Filthy, run down, and employees look like crap as well.

If you are handicapped and need an electric cart good luck. They may have one for the whole store. There are several parked along the wall that do not work. So if you need a electric cart you may choose another store like HEB or somewhere else. By the way this is tge Cleveland store, but I doubt the Livingston store will be different. read more

If you want to wait in line for 20 minutes during the most busy part of the evening only to have a rude employee close your lane in front of you, this is your store. Then you move to self checkout bc they never close that cluster f*** of s***. Especially since they don't have to have anyone watch it. This place is the worst Wal-Mart I've ever been to. If it wasn't for the fact that it's the j my one on my way home I'd drive to Livingston. Rude employees, horrible service, never have anything. I would have left my cart and all it's contents if I hadn't personalized a cake. That woman was at least polite. read more

this place is extremely disorganized. the management is a joke. you can't even get the store manager to have problems addressed. anytime you ask for him, one of his minion assistant managers is sent out instead. i guess due to not being able to handle any kind of conflict. this store was bad before, but over the last two years, the decline in everything has reached a new low. im only down the street from thia store, but i refuse to shop here. i drive 20-25 minutes to a different one to avoid this walmart. read more

At the very best the service is poor in the pharmacy. Moved out here and expected the same service as I was used to in Houston but it's not to be. I've pulled all my Rx's out of Walmart. I can drive to Kingwood, get my Rx from the HEB and get back home faster than I could deal with Walmart several times trying to get my orders done properly. read more
