I really wanted to have a positive experience with You Drive Smart, which is why I'm disappointed…read moreto be writing this review. In March, I purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe and put $3,200 down. Since then, I've continued making my bi-weekly payments of $260 as agreed and have put over 6,000 miles on the vehicle. The issue is that months later, I still cannot legally register the vehicle because the title has never been provided. I've already gone through the original temporary tag and paid for an additional 30-day tag out of my own pocket. The Ohio BMV has advised me that they will not issue another tag, leaving me with a vehicle that I cannot legally drive. I've been told the dealership is still trying to obtain the title from the auction where the vehicle was purchased. While I understand that issues can happen, this has left me paying for a vehicle that is currently sitting in my parking lot with expired tags and at risk of being towed. I've made every payment on time and have been patient throughout this process. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to get answers and a resolution, I am still in the same position. I'm sharing my experience so future customers understand the importance of making sure title and registration issues are fully resolved. I sincerely hope the dealership takes the necessary steps to make this right.

Cant get the paperwork for the title so I can transfer my old plates to my new one. And I am out of temp tag renewal because of the companies inability to conduct business and get resolutions.

I purchased a vehicle that ended up with a failed transmission 8 months and 7k miles after purchase and the moment things went wrong, the dealership's responsiveness evaporated. Calls went unanswered, updates were vague or nonexistent, and every step felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information about my own car. A major mechanical failure should trigger urgency, transparency, and accountability -- instead, I got silence, excuses, and a complete lack of ownership. No customer should have to chase down a dealership for weeks just to find out what's happening with a vehicle they sold in "excellent condition." This is not just one department. It's the organization as a whole, including the sales department, the front desk and the service department! This experience has been exhausting, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here.

Found a 2023 F150 XLT SuperCab at Mike Bass Ford Used car lot. Drove from Solon to Sheffield in Lorain county but meeting Stacy Darnall was worth the ride. She was great to work with from start to finish and we highly recommend you meet her if you're looking for a used Ford.

I-90 Nissan is a good dealership. The cars though; now that's an entirely different matter. Owned a…read more2015 Murano we purchased new. Great SUV while it lasted. BUT, our transmission (CVT) went out at less than 100,000 miles. And to add insult to injury, just had an oil change the week before and had a transmission service (fluid change) last year. At that service visit, they saw no issues or brought any possible concerns to our attention. Our Murano was a peach too! No dents. No dings. No rust. Hand waxed it twice a year, only did touchless carwashes. People always thought it looked much newer than a 2015. Garage kept with regular 5,000 mile oil-changes. Drove less than 9,000 miles per year and 75% of those miles were highway miles. Just so sad the transmission blew. Back in 2015 it was the most expensive new vehicle we ever purchased and last month we sold it for scrap value. Still upset about it. And to put salt in the wound, the Trade-in value was about $4 - $5 thousand if running, - and a little more, $7 - $8 thousand if sold by owner. The trouble is, the Service Dept. quoted us just under $12,000 for a new transmission with installation. So we decided to just bite the bullet and let it go. Scrap it. Just wouldn't make much sense to spend more than double the trade-in value for an 11 year old car (worth half that when running). No issues with this dealer, but we will NEVER own another Nissan product. After talking to some mechanic friends and reading some of the Nissan forums, it turns out that Nissan has had lots and lots of transmission issues on this and other models. They (Nissan) knew full well it was an undersized trans' in a car the size and weight of the Murano; yet THEY KEPT USING IT ??? That's just in-excusable. To be honest, my wife and I both miss the Murano, a lot. We loved the vehicle. But alas, we won't miss Nissan nor the Infiniti brand for very much longer. Unless they start to build some truly reliable vehicles, customers will look AND BUY from other manufactures and Nissan will go the way of Dodo Bird, Saturn, Scion, Plymouth, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, etc., etc., etc. From automotive articles we've read and on-line auto news, it's clear Nissan is already on the ropes, so it's only a matter of time before they get knocked out of the ring. Our advice is stay away from Nissan. It won't end well.

Within minutes of delivery, we identified multiple serious issues that were immediately obvious: - Rust-through in the floor and body panels (not surface rust--actual perforation) - Exhaust leak audible from inside the vehicle - Windshield wipers not functioning - Brake system concerns identified shortly after - Cooling system issues, including combustion gases present - Battery not properly secured (missing tie-down) - Four different size/mismatched tires on the vehicle We also found that the passenger-side quarter panel contains expanding foam, which raises concerns about prior concealed damage. These issues were documented immediately and later confirmed through independent inspections by a repair shop, a body shop, and a Ford dealership. Combined repair costs are approximately $6,700, with additional potential costs depending on engine and exhaust repairs. These are not minor or hidden issues--many of them were visible or apparent right away and directly affect the safety and usability of the vehicle. The vehicle has now been unusable for over a month. We made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, including offering both a repair contribution or returning the vehicle. After providing a clear deadline, we have not received any response. We have since had to pursue formal complaints and a loan dispute due to the lack of communication. If you are considering purchasing remotely, I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before relying on representations.-
