Hi. Sometimes you think everyone is going to treat you just okay, but today I went to this place and was treated incredibly well--it's exactly how one should always be treated. Many thanks to Nasser and Neil for treating me so warmly; I'll see you soon. You are true gentlemen. A thousand thanks. Stefano Giampaolo. Grazie mile... muchas gracias read more

I took my bike to the shop because the shifting was rattling and not working properly. They told me to leave it and they would contact me when the work was complete. I was told that it wouldn't work properly due to the different shifters/cassettes on my bike. Having run it that way for years, I have never had a problem. The guy got a bit upset and pulled out the old standby "Well I've worked on DI2 since they came out so I know what I'm talking about." But apparently he didn't because I brought it to my usual shop in WG and they fixed it in no time. read more

Clermont bicycle has incredible products and service. We have been going here for five years and never once given us a problem concerning repairs, prices at all. They just recently repaired our bike rack and got us back on the road in minutes. I highly recommend this bike shop if you are in Clermont or Central Florida. Neil and Nassar run an exceptional business and will continue to do business and refer them!! read more

Absolutely perfect sale experience with Nasser (hope I spelled that correctly). Went in looking to ride again at my rather advanced age and having not ridden for about 8 years. Staff were the perfect combination of friendly and professional. Didn't sell me "stuff" I didn't need and kept me well inside my budget even though I could have been persuaded to spend more. Not only did Nasser help me find the bike I wanted, he helped my understand the bike I needed. I am absolutely pleased. If you want to get the best bike for your needs, listen to the experts and then decide. It was a "no pressure" sale, delightful experience, highly recommend. read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICE!!! I have been a professional featured in fuel Tv and several bicycle magazine. A friend told me about this shop. I had a wheel I just needed to know the hub measurements and spoke size for it was a prototype hub. they told me spokes would cost me over $100 for 36 spokes at $3 each! then told me to do the later it would be $20 flat. he told me the size was 188 spoke then atem to charge me $25 at register! well, that size he said did not work so I drove to another shop and he sold me spokes that were $30 for $20 bc he knows me from contests and online videos and he checked the hub again at no cost when I explained the outlandish price gouging but said the correct size was 184... so I simply called the clermont shop to explain and when I called I asked for a manager the bald older man asked who I am and I said I'm just a customer with an issue and he HUNG UP! I called 3 times and call was ignored! I have my receipt and the correct spooks size and will be going back shortly with police to get my money back bc it was rude and unprofessional and what I paid for was incorrect and unreasonable spoke price! they also would not give me the owner's contact . worst service ever read more

Terrific bike shop. Reasonable prices and fast service. Highly recommend. I came in for a couple blown tubes, a shredded tire and a new rear hub. They changed everything on the spot in about 25 minutes. I was highly impressed and the charge was only about $160. Will definitely do business with again. read more

Wish there was a lower star rating. Never been treated so badly. Did not get mans name not sure if he was greeting me or not as he did not look at me. Told me to trash my bike and go to Walmart and buy a new one . Then walk away. What a horrible greeting . Would hate to live in his world . I took the bike home and fix it myself . Will never go back to Clermont Bicycles! read more

Clermont Bicycles - My used bike that greeter told me to tash! It rides nice after I fix the back brake pads ! - Bikes Near Me - Clermont, Florida

Bought my Terra Trike Rambler there in June. Excellent experience. Nasar and his staff know their products inside out. No high pressure. I had a rollover about a month after I bought it, minor damage. Took it into them for inspection and repair. Got my bike back same day like new. Nasar also gave me great information about normal maintenance. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend. read more

Customer service is lacking. Female up front and male in back of shop. Unnecessarily rude. Another customer noticed. You don't work on the type of bike I brought in? Understandable. Rudely stating this? Unacceptable. I do, however appreciate knowing where not to spend my money or refer others. Thank you. read more

They treat customers like there stupid and don't know anything. I bought a bike a year ago and I was going downhill riding home and the handlebars started to wobble they told me that was normal with headwind and it's not normal. If you don't buy all the crap they put on you when you buy a bike they get mad. read more

I've been trying to buy a new bike since September last year to replace a Trek road bike I had for 9 years! It was definitely time for a new one. I have very particular specifications this time. Due to back and neck problems, I was hoping to get a cruiser with 21 or 24 speed. I originally placed an order online from sixthreezero. They kept moving the ship date from November to April to June! I demanded my money back! I understand that it is just hard to get ahold of a bike because of Covid19. But I just didn't like the fact that they charged the card knowing that they don't have it in stock. Anyway, after going to other physical bicycle stores, I could only find up to 7 speed. I went to Trek and the bike that I liked will be in store on July, but I am not allowed to reserve it. Finally, we rushed to Clermont Bicycles 20 mins before closing. Right when I entered, this sweet lady assisted me right away. I couldn't believe that after I told her the specs of the bike that I would like to buy, she just turned and showed me a bike exactly what I wanted, exactly to the size, speed, color and comfort! It made me pause a little bit because I just couldn't believe that after 7 months of waiting, I am taking home a comfortable 24 speed bicycle! I couldn't allow myself to hope, BUT it's true!!! The lady was very knowledgeable about bikes. She was able to recommend the correct size bicycle for my height. She took me to the back and let me test ride it. It was so awesome! I ended up getting a Flourish FS1 in blue. Such a pretty bike and girly just how I like it. LOL! I think that it is a family run business. You can feel it right when you enter. The care and knowledge that they share to help me choose the right products to get, is just extraordinary! The lady carefully help me find the right helmet and make sure that it fitted perfectly. Aside from the bike and helmet, I ended up with a water bottle rack, bike light in front and for the back, bike rack and a matching sturdy bag that securely slides on the rack. The other lady who rang me in was very good as well. She meticulously explained to me how each one cost. Pointed out the frame number that I need to give to the police, just in case it gets stolen. She also told me to come back in 6 weeks to get the bike adjusted free of charge. She also told me to feel free to call them if I have any issues. Bonus part was, the huge German Shepherd, lying on the floor oblivious to the people coming and going and just chillin. LOL! He looked friendly too. The owner told me to feel free to pet him but I'm allergic. I definitely recommend this bike store. They also have the most floor inventory compared to the other ones I've been too. PS I didn't get paid for this review. So, what are you waiting for? read more

This is the best bike shop in this area! It is family owned, everyone there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Due to distance, emailed them a question, they didn't bother answering. I'm not bothering to make the near hour drive if it can't be confirmed they have in stock what I'm looking to purchase... Thanks for nothing. read more

What I was surprised was how amazing this place was. For years, I had no idea it was here till I found it on the Liv website. There were a few things which really stuck out. The amount they cared. They really wanted to make sure I received what I wanted and fit to what I was using it for. They even helped take my bike out to the car. Their knowledge was incredible. Even though I'm a triathlete, there is so much I still don't know about bikes. They helped fill in some gaps. Great selection!!! They had bikes for any use from recreation to time trail / triathlon. Including the shoes, extra parts. I can't wait to patronize this store again! read more

I had been looking for a specific level of Mountain bike for a couple months now and finally found what I was looking for 165 miles from home at Clermont Bicycles. Let me tell you it was worth the trip. Not only was the bike better than expected, but the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain all of the features of my new bike to me and even threw in pedals and a bottle cage. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. read more

I took my bike in because of a broken part. After talking to them for a couple minutes and decided to go with their tuneup service. I was really glad that I did. After they looked at my bike for a few minutes, they gave me a call and let me know that it was going to cost more in parts than the value of the bicycle. I went back to the shop and they showed me what was wrong. They did not charge me for the diagnostic services. I will be back there in the future when I need repairs. They were very friendly and very helpful. read more

Purchased a new bike online and called to make an appointment for first tuning, I was refused service and told that they would not provide service to a "non high end brand bike". In our era and time when customer service is the only thing to distinguish between great business and one you'd never want to deal with...this was outrageous and extremely unprofessional attitude. Pls be advised that if you are not a proud owner of a "high end brand bike" you most likely to be refused service in this place. read more

Nice small local bike shop. Over the last couple of years I've bought a road bike and accessories. Last purchase was on 06/08/2020 and was for a pair of road bike shoes, pedals and cleats. I wanted to upgrade my bike with pedal cleats. The lady at the counter was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right shoes. For no extra charge, the shop installed the new pedal's and tuned my bike and showed me the proper way to unclip from the pedals. Great place to shop read more

I had shipped my bike across country and needed to get my GIANT mountain bike reassembled and tuned-up. After biking around my new neighborhood and being greeted by a couple of "Well, It's gonna take a while, do you need your bike back today?.".... I thought, "Hm?... I'm wearing bike shorts and sweating...how do you think I got here? Of course I need it today!?" I peddled away frustrated until I happened upon CLERMONT BICYCLE that unbeknownst to me specializes in GIANT's brand bicycles. He greeted me with a welcoming "Hello, how can I help you!" I thought, "Well, there's a fine concept!" The owner was amazingly helpful and his experienced technician very efficient. I had a few questions and needed a tune up...plus, I was looking to add an inexpensive bike computer to my ride. I appreciated the owner's kindness and no-pressure or up-selling attitude. He found out what my needs were and gave me the best two options. Because of that I opted for the midrange bike computer. The service was fast, efficient and I was back on the road in no time. I will continue to bring my bike in whenever it has issues. Great business and great owner! I peddled home a happy customer and found my new neighborhood bike shop! read more

My son got me a new bike for Christmas. Needed it put together. Clermont Bicycles did it for me in one day. They are a family run business, and are just great. This place goes above and beyond for their customers. They noticed when my bike was delivered (that my husband got me as a gift) that I was to short for it so they called the next day and built me a different bike to fit my size. They even added a bell lol. These guys are very polite and they also helped my husband with everything he needed for his bike. I highly recommend this place. Bikes are great. I know the name says Sean but this is his wife lol read more

Best service and great care! Went in for something specific, and the owners went out of their way to provide exemplary service. They made my wife and two kids feel right at home, made great recommendations and made sure we had what we need. Not pushy at all and also told me what I needed whether I get if from them or not, things I should consider. We drove and hour and a half, I will only buy and service here in the future if I can help it. No matter how far you live, they are worth the drive!! read more

Bought first bike in years and came here. Owner and the staff extremely patient and informative. After 3 trips we purchased a bike for my wife and a bike rack for my truck (which they installed) for us. Enjoyed out experience and will be our go to for service and parts. Also loved seeing the huge dog that is a part of the store read more

Gave me a free box to ship a used bike I sold on line. Had no idea what I was doing and they saved the day! Thanks again!!

On their web page it states they will fix any brand bicycle, "no matter what shop you bought it at". I just called up to get a price to have my forks replaced and a derailleur hanger and bash guard replaced. I have all the parts. I was told "we only work on the brands we sell". I said even if I have the parts already from the manufacturer? And I was told "yes". So, I have to give it 1 star because I cannot give none. Why do you advertise you will work on any bike if you won't? read more

Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Store is clean and inviting. No high pressure sales or service pitch. Service provided was exactly what I wanted, finished earlier than agreed, at a lower price than originally quoted. This store has a nice family vibe that one does not often feel in a retail environment. Absolutely reccomended! read more

I recently used Clermont Bicycles to replace the tires on my old Sun recumbent trike. What great service. Knowledgeable. Friendly. I brought in one wheel which had a flat tire that they repaired. A week or two later I brought in the other. They were careful to make sure that my two tires matched. Great to have such service locally available. I live in Osceola county. It takes over an hour to get there but well worth the trip. read more

I feel like this place is centrally located in Clermont, Fl. "Choice of Champions". They have a good assortment and selection for the novice, to the professional athlete level, and if they don't have it there they are more than likely able to order it for you. They are very knowledgeable, and down to earth people. They offer bicycle technicians in staff and competitive prices. read more

I have bought 2 bicycles from here for my kids and gotten my own mountain bike serviced many times. I am a bit partial as I am a fan of Specialized and with them being a dealer I am more inclined to shop here. What really impressed me was the service that they had there and the owner who came out to chat with me and was very friendly with my kids. My son was getting a Hotrock and really wanted to get a new bike helmet to match. Since we were buying the bike already they gave me a pretty good deal on a helmet. The owner said that if he really likes the helmet he will be more inclined to wear it. We came back about 2 years later to upgrade him to a bigger bicycle from the shop based on the great experience before. I also brought my other son's Hotrock as the pedals were making a clanking noise. They took them apart and fixed whatever was causing the problems free of charge for me. I will be in the market for a new mountain bike shortly and this will be the first place I end up looking. Some of the other bike shops in the area seem to focus heavily on triathlon and road bikes and the mountain bikes are kind of tucked away in a corner. This shop seems to give all of the bikes equal attention. read more

I am writing a review as a dad that frankly never ever writes reviews. I know nothing about bikes, heck I had a Schwinn banana seat in the early 70's. So my son (13) wants to start triathlon competing and my daughter wanted a mountain bike hard tail ( I had to look that up because I am 60). WOW! I am highly professional in customer service my whole life in central Florida. Robert was beyond respectful of my lack of knowledge. Very very rare now days do I not only feel genuine care regarding the safety and correct application of something I know nothing about but he met me with mutual interests to exceed my expectations. He did not hard sell a thing and I love that. He asked what our needs were and guided us to possible rides that were correct for my 13 and 16 year olds. Just the facts with friendly and in a way that did not make us feel any different from a professional rider. I am just a regular dad that knows nothing about bikes and left feeling so good not even getting a bike. It was later over the week that we purchased one LIV for my daughter and then shortly after put $ down on one for my son. Covid was a tough year for us and Christmas was marginal, we were looking for our children current interests and came here to look around. they have never had a new bike, always used. They are completely to the moon happy. Thank you Robert for my daughters Giant Tempt LIV Tempt 4 and my sons Giant CONTEND 3. Say hi to Carlos (Shop Doggy) for me :) read more
