This is however the best place I know of in Central Florida to either buy a new mountain bike or bring one for work.

He showed me some different brands and styles and I was able to take them for a spin in the parking lot. Marc has been there for a long time and he knows his stuff. He knows the history of each brand and he will tell you which one is the best among them. He is a bit on the quiet side, so you have to ask your questions. I also like that he took my mongoose in and gave it a tune up. I bought that bmx Mongoose from Fb marketplace for $30. It was in rough shape and he tuned it up and got her moving nicely. I settled on the cannondale and he put together the medium frame. I'm at the tall end of the small frame and just felt more comfortable on the medium frame. It was a great experience and I will go back to the shop again when I need bicycle supplies. I'm always in favor of supporting the local guy. HIs prices are comparable to online and you get that people experience that you would miss out on by ordering online.

The technician did not have the proper tools, knowledge (of internal Canyon wiring), or support system (could not get hold of his reps). The bike was eventually brought to another shop and the damage is extensive along with a scratched new frame. If you have a basic bike I guess Velofix Orlando can work on it but do not give them your expensive bike. Two and a half months later, I still do not have my bike thanks to Velofix Orlando.
