The salesperson was not very friendly and she had trouble understanding us either in French or in English. We leaved quickly, but besides the service, the overall stock of dress looked nice and many looked regal, but we were not looking for this. So maybe with an appointment you could have better luck.

I was dreading my appointment to this boutique to the point that I was sleepless the night before and thinking of calling my 3 girlfriends up to cancel. The woman from the shop had me go on their website and fill out some general information in advance and then print up some different photos of dresses I liked. I had NO idea what I liked. anyway- I garnered some courage and met my girlfriends for my appointment at 10am. I walked in and the place was bustling! cute young ladies in white and ivory Everywhere! I picked 4-5 dresses with the help of an employee. She came into the change room with my and helped get the dresses on and Io and behold, the dresses were not hideous! I actually really liked one and almost considered buying it on the spot, on my first day of dress shopping ever. They also have an option to rent for almost half the price of buying. I can't remember the name of the woman who was helping me but she was outstanding. Made me feel completely comfortable and helped me to figure out what it is I want in a dress. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fun experience wedding dress shopping.

Instead she produced a dress of extremely low quality with both low quality fabric and construction, that was no where near what we originally discussed. For my mom's dress, she said she would make the one my mom tried on in a different colour, but when my mom received it, it was so big it was falling off her and had weird gaping fabric because of how badly it was sewed (another seamstress said she couldn't even fix it). Claudette refused to acknowledge any of this and forced us to pay in full. Unfortunately Claudette does not have the best interest of her clients in mind - do not trust her.

So first I was very excited that the dress I was interested in was available in plus sizes - i used the sizing chart and because I was inbetween I sized up deciding if I needed to I would get it altered. if I didn't like it I could send it back because they have a solid return policy. I ordered the dress on a Thursday morning, paid for standard shipping and assumed it would arrive sometime next week since I live in Alberta. Imagine my shock when it arrived the NEXT DAY. Opened it up and everything was beautifully wrapped in ribbon with a beautiful note to boot. The dress is gorgeous - it will definitely need some hemming but I could not be more thrilled. I 100% will be buying from here again.

I was ready to drop over 1000.00$ for my wedding dress & 5 brides maid dresses and they didn't seem to care. waiting almost 25 minutes to check out, and the cashier wanted to give me the sample dress without a garnet bag... the dress was worn multiple times and not so white anymore. I asked if I could get a new one as she rolled her eyes and walked away to get a brand new one. again the prices are good, just don't have high expectation for customer service.

This place was the second floor of a boutique that offers only bridal and customs. Very badly lit, the place was filed with deals and we saw THE dress. We had spotted it in a different store but it was cheaper here and they thrown in a veil. But, the dress was dirty and you could tell that many other people tried it before hand. Yellow pit stain and the train was black. The sell lady tried to say that they would clean it, but really, what if it doesn't come of? Afterward she told us they would order a new one, that we would have it in 10 days. Even if it was cheaper, we did not get the dress there just because if something goes wrong we would have no back-up plans. (The wedding is in....41 days (wow it's closeeee)) It was ok.

I had my dress shipped from Miami to Montreal and trusted her with all my heart. It was THE BEST decision I could have made. She helped turn my dress which I hated and looked old, in the vision I had from the start. She and Lily cared so profoundly about me, my mother in law and even my mother who tuned in through Facetime. They took the time to listen to them (and we know it's not easy to listen to two moms chatting about a wedding dress...) Most importantly, she listened to me. She kept me calm throughout the process, every seam was perfect. She was an absolute angel. In fact I loved her work so much that I ended up asking her to change up another dress of mine made of delicate organza. She sowed in flowers perfectly, turning a simple dress into a couture dress for me to change into while still looking like a princess. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement... She literally came to my four-person wedding to make sure I had someone to fluff my dress right, put me in the dress, close each button carefully, if she had the chance to be there with me (but covid kept my mom away in NYC.) She is an expert in her field. Having worked in fashion and production, I can't speak too highly of how perfect each seam, each advice, each word was. I will never go to another seamstress and I can't wait to continue to build unique dresses I am COMPLETELY in love with.

They don't care about you or your dress, they care about your money. They finished my dress late and didn't even bother to contact me. While chatting during the fitting my tailor clearly didnt listen to a word a was saying. She also used a kitchen cleaning product to get a stain off my dress. Obviously it didn't work but made it worse. I can't get over what a half assed job they did on tailoring my dress. There is so much that I am frustrated about. I chose this place because it had a good reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did.
