So first I was very excited that the dress I was interested in was available in plus sizes - i used the sizing chart and because I was inbetween I sized up deciding if I needed to I would get it altered. if I didn't like it I could send it back because they have a solid return policy. I ordered the dress on a Thursday morning, paid for standard shipping and assumed it would arrive sometime next week since I live in Alberta. Imagine my shock when it arrived the NEXT DAY. Opened it up and everything was beautifully wrapped in ribbon with a beautiful note to boot. The dress is gorgeous - it will definitely need some hemming but I could not be more thrilled. I 100% will be buying from here again.

Instead she produced a dress of extremely low quality with both low quality fabric and construction, that was no where near what we originally discussed. For my mom's dress, she said she would make the one my mom tried on in a different colour, but when my mom received it, it was so big it was falling off her and had weird gaping fabric because of how badly it was sewed (another seamstress said she couldn't even fix it). Claudette refused to acknowledge any of this and forced us to pay in full. Unfortunately Claudette does not have the best interest of her clients in mind - do not trust her.

She made my sister tried a veil even if she said didn't want it, but was so Randy-Fenolli-Right and was a great help. My only concern was the downstairs staff that looked blasé and arrogant. I actually really liked one and almost considered buying it on the spot, on my first day of dress shopping ever. They also have an option to rent for almost half the price of buying.
