The staff was great. The group of guys who worked that day were all friendly and engaging. They were pushy and very helpful. The store is kind of enormous with tons and tons of stuff, mostly clothing (men's and women's) with other cool accessories, bags, shoes, etc. They had a lot of cool Toronto t-shirts there perfect for the tourist like me and the local who wants to rep their city. Prices were reasonable to slightly high depending on how you gauge things. I could have definitely bought more here but I was trying to watch my budget- I couldn't blow all of my money on my first shopping trip. This is the perfect place to pick up a gift for someone, whether that someone is you is to be determined. And if I'm in that part of town when I'm back in Toronto, I'll be back for sure.

Their latest signature line is from Fjällräven Kånken in Sweden where everything they make is a hit, all killer and no filler sort of thing. Expensive, but worth it for anyone who is active. It's affordable and reasonable quality. Look it's not Louis Vuitton, but it's also not cheap like H&M and Zara, despite being cheap like H&M and Zara. 3. It's got a wicked Instagram that gives you tons of daily styling ideas and their staff are always full of ingenuity as well. When I visited this location last a sales associate told me my oversize jacket was "a relinquishing of the silhouette." Like am I shopping with effing Grace Coddington here? Amazing. 4. Frequent new stock, frequent sales, pop in whenever you'll always find something new, especially at this location as it gets less traffic than the Toronto Eaton's Centre location. And the clothes are made in NYC so you know the styles are up-to-date. Any true boutique shopper knows just how rare this is. And in addition to the amazing clothes, Meg will also do alterations FOR FREE. I don't know a single other store that does this. Meg is much more size inclusive than the usual boutique. She does carry extra-smalls of course, but I'm a size 14-16 and I've found gorgeous pieces here that make me look like a supermodel. All this makes Meg the best women's clothing store in Toronto. So I find the stitching and fabrics a good step up from anything you'd find in the normal malls. I would say the overall look curated here is casual and relaxed with a pretty spin. So think loose dresses in light prints, flowy blouses, A line tank tops that keeps you cool, and comfy linen pants. Personally my preference didn't quite fit this look but I did enjoy perusing the racks in hopes of finding something. This particular store is not large so I had a hard time finding anything in my size even if I did find clothes that did catch my eye. I do appreciate how everything was nicely organized so I could look around without feeling claustrophobic or lost in a maze of racks. Service here was courteous and prompt. They did welcome everyone who walked in and that was a nice touch. For those who did need help, I could see them actively trying to find a new size or help bring over a new accessories to match the items they were trying. Overall, I'd love to support a Canadian store that offers quality items that are Canadian made. Totally thrilled with the idea. Maybe in another season I could find a casual and yet cute item there.
