Would you trust someone like this, to work with you on such a close intimate procedure? Owner accidentally sent me cancelation notice for my appointment, and then sent me a rebooking notice. All I saw was the cancellation notice and made other plans. She acknowledged her original mistake. Yet when I told her I could no longer make the appointment, she refused to refund or reschedule. Made an apt and they had me waiting for over 30min without anyone approaching me. I was excited to try their services but left disappointed and they weren't really helpful when I mentioned I wanted to reschedule. :( In response to your reply below: Carol yes i was there yesterday 1/3/19, arrived at 1:45 your location is next the the blue wall with hearts , in the back alley (entrance,, first door after the restaurant, upstairs) upon arrival i asked the receptionist if i needed to sign anything or check in she said no, so i sat in the blue chair across the restroom for 30 min an no one approached me or anything. It was now 2:20 and asked the receptionist if i could reschedule and she said image couldn't help me so I had to walk out. When you attempt to book it, the woman Carol messages you, stating, in writing, that it is NOT a massage. It is a treatment done with an electrical wand. She goes on to dissuade you from booking it! And recommends you send Groupon "a little message" to get a refund. Except Groupon doesn't refund Local Deals! Surprise- you can waste hours with customer service or you can get electrocuted, in lieu of the massage you paid for, or you can kiss your $60 good bye! Some wellness provider! LOL. Wasting people's time and generating so much bad energy when people realize they were taken advantage off. This is one time I wish you could add !! I'm so happy I found Clenz and Carol! After many months of research I decided to have lipo. Everything I read and watched prepared me for the procedure and healing process. As you all may have read the recovery and healing requires lymphatic drain massages.
