She doesn't judge and is sensitive to the different emotions associated with years of things that have overstayed their welcome. She even put slipcovers on my furniture. She is wiling to do whatever is needed. She loves helping people. She hung all my art too...gave me a home vs a storage place. A '20' on a scale of 1-10. Our first visit, Kandis was punctual, focused, and very friendly. We went through my closet, she assessed the situation and inquired what my ultimate goals were to ensure we were on the same page. I asked her to be very honest in regard to certain items still being in fashion etc. She had me try on a few things, giving her honest opinion and making some on-point suggestions. We made a list of items she thought would work well with my current wardrobe, even coming up with a few outfits right there that I never would've put together! It feels great going to work and getting compliments on items I have had in my closet and never would have matched together. The first process took about 4 1/2 hours. After creating a "keep" and "donate" pile she even took all my donated items to Goodwill- one more thing I didn't have to add to my "to-do-list!!" The next weekend, she came back with some baskets and bins and knew exactly what to put where. She did a few other things and was out of there in an hour. It was a "Quick Fix" experience and has spurred additional ideas for other areas of my home. She brought me my donation receipt for tax purposes and an additional coupon for 20% off future purchases.
