I asked for the manager. The district manager came out and did zero to make things right except for bring over a new booster chair he smiled in our faces and seemed like he could absolutely care less. We didn't hear from him for the rest of the time that we were there. We will never come back.

After ordering and receiving the wrong poles for the shelves from Amazon, I decided to see if I could find them here. They indeed did have them, let me take my shelf into the store to see if it would work with their system, and it did. They have the ability to cut the poles to your specified size. Again, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. I still maintain that they sell quality items here, so be prepared to pay for that quality. I did join their loyalty program, which includes 20% off of purchases. Since 4 poles cost around $120, I got $20 off, which makes it more palatable. Not everything in the store is hugely expensive, and it is an organizer's dream store.
