Other pros about this office is that the wait time generally isn't extensive, and the dental assistants and dentist are good with bedside manner for kids. They seem to really want the kids to feel comfortable and ease any worries the kids may have. The cons from my experience have been the customer service experience of scheduling appointments, calling with questions or checking in for appointments at the office. However, I do think with some changes in staff and the fact that we are no longer on government insurance but rather paying for healthcare, our experience now vs 3 years ago is much better! I would overall recommend this dentist if you're looking for a pediatric dentist.

They build little by little so each experience is enjoyable, and the kids want to come back. There's TVs on the ceiling for the kids to watch with headphone on, they have lots of goodies to give the kids when they're done, and they really take their time to include the kids in the process of what they're doing. During covid times, including today 4/22/21, they have taken extensive precautions with masks, cleaning, and spacing, which I truly appreciate having high risk family members.
