This whole office is a circus Dr Gesek has terrible bedside manners, he's rude to patients and staff seems like he's just mad at the world. The office itself is dirty and very old. I had to go back for a 2nd appointment to get my biopsy results on 2/20/24 the place was full of upset people who were in the waiting room well over and hour AFTER their scheduled appointments Before I leave I ask for a copy of my records and pathology report the woman tells me she can't give them to me I have to fill out a records release and give my email and she will email them to me within 72 hours. So I did that. I never received them so I called back on 2/26 and they tell me the woman who does them was on vacation but was back that day and I should have them by end of day. That didn't happen so I call back 2/29 and was told I would have them by the end of the day and that they let Ashley the office manager know as well. That didn't happen so I called back 3/4 was told I would have them by end of day... that didn't happen (shocking ) so I called again 3/6 and spoke with Asha (sp??) she was a complete rude nasty bi#*h I explained to her what has been going on and that I would wait on the phone and let them know when they were in my email she hung up on me. I called again today 3/11 and when they answered I asked to speak to the office manager and she said she was there and was going to transfer me then gets back on and ask for my name I tell her and she says I'll transfer you now ... and she sent me to her voicemail so I hung up then called back to the main number to see if I could talk to someone else and they wouldn't answer my call. This place is ridiculous and they are incompetent and dishonest beware of going here!! And for anyone who is having the same issues and being denied your records I was given this number 850-245-4339 to report them to the FL Dept of Health Consumer Services. On a side note it takes them literal SECONDS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ‍

He did not write her pain prescription. She had complications later (increased swelling, unable to control the pain), so I tried for 7 days to get the office on the phone, leaving 8 voicemails and 5 texts. Absolutely nothing. After an excruciating week of watching my child cry in pain, I took her to the ER and discovered she had an infection and thrush. They had to give her multiple strong pain medications, 2 different kinds of antibiotics, and meds for the thrush. They were horrified at Dr. Gesek's work and patient care. His office is more than thrilled to take your money. Just pray you don't have any complications that necessitate aftercare, because it is non-existent. I strongly advise you to not trust this man with your or your loved ones' dental needs.

I entered with the goal of getting two of my teeth removed however the surgeon gave me a whole lecture about how I need all four of them and assured me it was necessary. He used scare tactics to get me to give in telling me all the horrible things that can happen if I don't get my top wisdom teeth out (which hadnt even hit gum or bothered me yet) I reluctantly agreed and asked about the price to which he gave me no real answers as it depended on insurance. I okayed it and then he used another persuasion tactic to try to get me to agree to anesthetic rather than numbing the area which would've cost significantly less. I am only 19 so of course he scared me into wanting to be put under aesthetic. I wasn't aware of the cost difference because nobody told me. After the procedure, the front desk receptionist told my mother the cost with insurance which was a copay of 50 and my mom and I were so relieved. She paid upfront and then we left. However, in the months following we received a call telling us that the insurance didn't cover as much as they thought and I'd have a 800+ pending charge. I was astonished and plead my case but they never dropped it. They said I could pay it month by month for HOWEVER long I needed. Yet they sent it to the collections not even 6 months later. I'm a 19 young girl with debt from a surgery I needed to get done with extra unnecessary add-on procedures that I didn't need. My credit score has dropped significantly making it hard for me to search for a place to live. Please don't go here and trust these people. They are not genuine and they do not care about you. They care about only your money.

Today I went in for my appointment, and Missy cleaned my teeth. I worked as a dental assistant in Texas, and I will say Missy did an amazing job. I have been having some sensitivity with some of my teeth, and she took that into consideration and was very gentle. She was also extremely personable and I enjoyed talking with her! Dr. Came into the room, and went over treatment. He was straight to this point, and very professional. Becky helped me during check out, and I will say she went over my treatment plan straight forward. I was happy that it was clear of what my insurance was going to pay. Thank you so much for such a pleasant visit. I love going to the dentist, and this office certainly is wonderful. The only advise I can give is to look into going digital! Hahaha. :)
