They worked hard, were very respectful of our home, kept things clean, and honestly were much quieter doing the work than I expected considering all the cutting and installation involved. They said it's their policy to book appointments, giving a specific time and date, and confirm the appointment with the customer, and only after that check if they actually have a tech available. And then for some reason, not bother telling the customer if there's an issue with the appointment they booked. If they had told me from the beginning it would be 2 months, I would have gone with another company. Instead, I spent 3 weeks in miserable heat with a malfunctioning AC. I just don't understand why they would lie to customers, and say they booked an appointment when they didn't really book it.
