Baseball hats were priced at $8.95, which is pretty good in my opinion. Simple Clearwater Beach t-shirts were also the same price, anytime I can buy a tee for under $10 it's a decent deal. They had other seashell related souvenirs. Kids beach toys are also for sale. The snack section was small, but they do have a nice amount of drinks, which is handy for those hot beach days. Also for sale were postcards, magnets and stickers. Ice is also for sale!

Nothing fancy, but clean. You do have to pay $2/hr to park here. And it is a little annoying to have to walk your ticket back to your car to display it on your dashboard. But you'll get over it quickly. You're at the beach, for Pete's sake! You can pay with cash or card. The beach is clean and the access/park area is also nicely kept. Outdoor showers are available to rinse the sand off. There are also many benches to sit and enjoy the view. Riptides are common in this area and I also find much of this strip of beach to be rocky and just not the best place if you want to get in and enjoy the water. So swim at your own risk. Also, the seagulls are quite aggressive in this area. There are a high amount of vacation rentals in this strip of beach and many people irresponsibly feed the birds. So they will attack you in large flocks and steal things right from your hands. We moved twice because of people close to us feeding the gulls. My daughter pulled out a baggie that had non food items and the seagulls attacked her and stole the bag, thinking they were stealing food. Not my favorite beach access in the area, but it's fine for a nice walk. With the high amount of people vacaying in the area and the gangster seagulls, it's not the best spot to lay on the beach for some peaceful beach relaxing.

We have been cautiously waiting for the time to go to the beach, and Morgan Park on Belleair Beach happened to be our first family beach-Florida-experience. With that being said, there's still a lot we have to learn about Florida beaches, but this first experience was nonetheless enjoyable as we had a great time, considering all the factors. Not knowing what the beach-activity was going to be like on a Saturday in September, we left our place and arrived to Morgan Park at around 9:18am. To our fortune, the lot was more or less empty (perhaps it was because rain was in the forecast sometime beginning in the early morning). Morgan Park has its own dedicated lot, a gazebo with at least 4-picnic benches underneath, and a restroom facility with running water. Additionally, there is a rinsing station as well. In regards to the lot, you will have to pay (using the Park Mobile system). The fee is pricey (we paid around $20 for two hours), but weighing it with the amenities make it relatively agreeable. Again, we still have a lot to learn in terms of navigating Florida beaches, but hassle-free parking is one of our considerations when it comes to beach-going. There was decent overcast that morning, with storms looming and brewing in the distance. Despite this, it did not deter us from bringing our things onto the beach and settling down. It was a short walk from the parking lot onto the shore - making trips between the beach and our car relatively convenient. The sand was nice and the water was warm in September. My kids loved it - they spent time both in the water and on the sand, playing in the water and collecting shells, respectively. It is to note that there is no lifeguard on duty at this park/section of the beach, but I felt fairly safe with my kids playing in the shallow tides on that particular section of beach as I remained within more-or-less an arm's reach. Overall a neat park if you're looking to enjoy the beach with some nearby convenient amenities!
