I had plans that day and I said let's reconnect the following week. That was over two weeks ago and she never followed up. I don't think it's very professional to set up an appointment with someone and try to reschedule because someone else wants that time. I don't think it's my job to call back and reschedule. At that point I felt I didn't want to give them by business. I also used them last year to replace blinds-- the blinds are high quality , and the installation went well. However, after the installation I did not receive an email or phone call from sales person following up to make sure everything went okay with install. Seems like a minor issue; however, something that's been done with services I've had in the past with other companies.
