The other 2 companies needed to take my name and call me back; it took 3 days for 1 of the other to return my call and the other one returned my call but was so rude, I decided not to pursue them. Mark came by the house and was very patient listening to what I was needed. He had many samples and was very knowledgeable about his products. I settled on Hunter Douglas because I liked the quality. A few weeks later the blinds came in and he came back to install them as well! I like that I was dealing with the same person from phone, to appointment, to ordering and finally the installation. He did a fantastic job for my family and I will be using him again in the future.

I received a call from individual who was coming over that she had another client who could "only be home between 12:00-2:00" and could I switch my time for later in the day. I had plans that day and I said let's reconnect the following week. That was over two weeks ago and she never followed up. I don't think it's very professional to set up an appointment with someone and try to reschedule because someone else wants that time. I don't think it's my job to call back and reschedule. At that point I felt I didn't want to give them by business. I also used them last year to replace blinds-- the blinds are high quality , and the installation went well. However, after the installation I did not receive an email or phone call from sales person following up to make sure everything went okay with install. Seems like a minor issue; however, something that's been done with services I've had in the past with other companies.
