I ordered a new one piece boat cover for my boat…read more The good: the cover turned out exactly as I had hoped. The bad: when i ordered this last summer we were told it would be done before we left for the season in early October. A few weeks later were told that due to illness the order would be postponed till spring which I understood and was OK with. The ugly: I got an invoice with the balance due in February. I responded that we were told that we were told it would be done in spring and that we were out of state until May. I asked if we could hold some of the money (10%) back until we could see the cover and had no idea what the final product looked like or if it fit. The response we got back from the manager was rude, appalling and I was shocked at the lack of customer service in her response. Basically said we ordered it the money was due , we shouldn't order things we weren't prepared to pay for , and how dare we question their quality. I paid the bill in full and asked that the owner give please call me. No surprise I never received a call. But after that I will see the cover was as expected. The manager needs to check her attitude and learn some Customer Service skills.
