When I called Rietesel's, I told them what I was looking for and Andrea actually suggested a 1-piece snap cover instead of the traditional 2 piece, which is not only more waterproof, but also cheaper. I was able to drive the boat down the river and dock at their pier. They made the cover for the boat out on the water and had it done in a matter of days! I brought two chairs to Elite in October for re-glueing and one for hand-caning. I was told it…read morewould take 2-4 weeks. After many phone calls and excuses, it is now 6 months later and he tells me he can't complete the work. I picked up my chairs today and only one had been re-glued. The other had not and the caning had been ripped off and a sloppy attempt had been made at starting the project. The chair is absolutely unusable and now I have to take it somewhere else to be fixed. I am hugely frustrated with how I've been treated and strongly urge people to go ANYWHERE else.
