I've since filled out multiple inquiries through their website and heard nothing back. Needless to say I'm super disappointed and will be using another company. Shame, because we're ready to get this done.

After calling them to let them know this they supposedly sent someone to clean them all up. The next day we kept finding more and more. After sending them a threatening email the owner came this time and supposedly cleaned them all up, sure enough we kept finding more. We've found over 100 at this point. They sent someone else to pick more up and of course we found more pieces after that. It's now 3+ weeks later and we are still finding these metal pieces. After going back and forth I asked the owner how he would fix this and he very obnoxiously put it back to me asking how I thought he should fix it. He also said my son could just as easily poke his eye out or stab himself with an aye corn or twig! If this was a professional job they should have made all cuttings in a separate area where they would have newspaper or cardboard down.

The team working on it were very pleasant, friendly and professional. As an afterthought, we felt that a little addition was needed and the only issue we had was getting a return call to arrange it which we attributed to the very busy season that we had the work done. The addition was was done in a timely manner and was exactly what the driveway needed to look complete. We did pricing research and G&L gave a fair quote. I would highly recommend G&L for their excellent work.

I contacted Reeds Landscaping via their website contact form about installing a fence in our backyard. Within an hour Chris responded back to schedule an appointment. Once an appointment was scheduled, Chris contacted me via text message to confirm (I prefer text as it's so much easier to communicate). Chris arrived on time for the appointment, took his measurements, and was on his way. Chris emailed me the same day with fence material options he used on past projects along with other materials. Chris provided a quote the following day and I have to say he gave a reasonable price which made me happy. Within a few days of receiving the quote and paying for 50% of the project, Chris ordered the materials and kept me updated via text to let me know when the delivery was expected. The morning of the delivery Chris informed me with ample timing of the delivery time slot. The very next day (weather permitting) Chris was able to bring his crew and they worked on installing my fence. Within a few hours I had a brand new privacy fence. The initial consultation to project completion took approximately 1.5 weeks. I highly recommend Reed's Landscaping in Norwalk, CT as they were very professional, prompt and did an awesome job!

Upon…read morecompletion of this job, the following was discovered: 1) The workers took the dirt they removed for the fence posts and dumped it in my neighbors backyard. 2) During the installation the workers knocked over my propane heater, damaging it. 3) The workers left garbage, i.e. plastic bags, empty water bottles, in my yard. 4) The workers did a poor job of cleaning up pieces of fence and other items around the pool. If these had gone in the pool they would have ripped my liner. I did not discover these issues until after the workers left and my wife and I were looking over the site. I advised Home Depot on these issues and received no response at all. Upon receiving the follow up job rating request from Fence Builders I informed them of the issues. I explained each issue and provided pictures of the issues as well. By the time they responded my wife and I had already cleaned up a very unhappy neighbors yard, cleaned up the debris and garbage, and sent the heater out to be repaired. The response I finally received from them offered us a $100 Home Depot gift card for our "trouble". This amount did not even cover the cost to repair the heater and I advised them to keep their "generous" offer. This was their demonstration of their " superior customer service". I would recommend, if you do use them, check out the work area, your yard, and the neighbors yard, with a fine toothed comb before you sign off on the job and let the workers leave. The quality of the fence is good but, as for everything else, it was a very poor experience for us.
