Shannon kept hounding me for final payment and three times I told her exactly what needed to be completed before I sent final payment. It was minor touchup work that could be done in less than hour. Three times the guys came out but didn't do what needed to be done. I believe Shannon wasn't conveying the message properly. Boy was she snotty each time she called for money and I had to tell once again that the job wasn't complete. FINALLY the job was complete but Shannon was unhelpful and very abrasive.
