When she arrived they told her that it's a "drop off" appointment, and she didn't actually have an appointment so it might take all day to get it fixed. I did not request this type of appointment and ONLY went with safelite because they were available for a Saturday appointment to get it fixed asap. They are $100+ over the competition, and apparently don't even schedule you for appointments when you request an appointment. Absolute waste of time, call your local glass replacement company instead.

The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat.
