They had a technician that charged for an hour's service and was here for 30 min. Lots of problems, no reason to frustrate your customers with a service that is supposed to make their lives easier. "Owner" hung up on me when I refused to pay for her mistake, overcharging me. They were very desperate for an extra 12 dollars apparently Ridiculously managed, save yourself some troubles and get service elsewhere. Note: the office staff of 2 tried to charge my cc without my permission, WHILE I was trying to get them to send me an updated bill, because they sent me an incorrect one twice, over billing me both times. I have a new credit card number, which I happily would provide for them when they provide me with a correct bill. They would know this if they didnt try to charge without my permission. This is why I called them unprofessional, clearly warranted.

We also had a vision for our pool and he came out and gave us a totally different one and I'm glad he did because it flowed so much better with the layout of our house and yard. The installation process was super quick and easy too. The two guys that came out the first day had the hole dug and the pool set it. They were very nice and efficient. The concrete guys were just as fast. Ivan and Ericka were great with all the coordination of everything and Ivan went above and beyond to help me with the pool chemicals and how to clean everything myself saving me money on a pool service. He has been helpful weeks after the install too always being a text away if I have any questions! From beginning to end this has been the best company!

I made an appointment with the company, not a person, and yet since a person left, I'm forced to go to the back of the line. I told them I'd take my business elsewhere and she didn't seem to have any objection with that. When I asked them about getting a heat pump installed, they said they don't do that, gas heaters only. After calling around a bunch of companies, I finally found Superior who was willing to do the heat pump installation. They did a great job, as well as upgrading my lights to color LED, and installing a new variable speed pump, and a new control unit which connects to my wifi so I can manage everything from my phone. It all works great! All the other companies tried to talk me out of getting a heat pump and gave me all kinds of false info about why I shouldn't get one. But it works great and it can heat or cool my pool depending on the outside temperature, which a gas heater cannot do! I also signed up for their regular weekly cleaning and service, which ended up being slightly less expensive than the other company anyway.

The ScreenLogic app would not connect to outside. He checked everything on the motherboard and it was just fine. It was the inside adapter that was not functioning properly. He recommended we call Pentair for assistance. The company does not provide a human to speak but it did have some ai generated steps to follow, none of those helped. My husband called the company that was on our pool sticker, quite possibly the original company that installed this. We had never used Superior Pools since we've lived here over 10 years. Worst mistake ever!! Tech came out, spent about 30 minutes looking at equipment and said it seems to be just fine, must be the adapter inside. Again, same result as the prior company. Equipment outside is good, must be the inside adapter. Well, after the Superior tech spent trying to fix the inside connections using Google, he determined it was bad. Then he returned to pool equipment and now the mother board was not functioning. Kept shutting off after 2-3 seconds. Tech left and the pool didn't work!! Highly questionable that two people both say the motherboard was fine, only to then have same tech say an hour later oh no, motherboard IS bad. Very questionable! Would not recommend this company just based on this one visit. Always best to read reviews, ask around for recommendations as this day and age anyone can but in business and not be reputable!!

Looks like the bond was either not applied correctly, didn't get time to dry before the next layer was added or just poorly applied. I am not a pool professional, but I can now see the layers on the chunks of plaster off the bottom of my pool. I was unimpressed after about 6 months after the work was first completed. Trying to get a response after money was paid was impossible. May be good for pool cleaning, but I would NEVER invest in having them do another major pool job.

Barely got through one year of a very expensive resurface high end product and gray dots started popping up here and there... at year 2, they've made it all the way to the spa. I've tried talking to Mike / Justin about it and he's so all over the board. So said he no longer uses the team who resurfaced our pool ... he sent out a guy who said he could dump chemicals in and it would take it all up , but he couldn't guarantee it. $900 dollars for a gamble is way out of my comfort zone. Have tried communicating with Mike / Justin but omg he's so not on this planet. I hope he's well it was so obvious he couldn't concentrate and had heavy trouble keeping track with a conversation. That being said, I can not recommend this company . Great on the front end, but nothing on follow up. Only up sales and odd customer service. We'll have to resurface our pool to clean out their poor workmanship and drop another huge expensive amount of money to fix this mess. I have read in my research that the product used was not applied correctly and not allowed to dry correctly. When shared with Mike / Justin it's like deer in headlights and again nothing they can do because it's not their problem. Shocking.
