In a time when we expect bad service A+ Pool was a refreshing change…read more We contracted Barry to redo our tile and pool surface, words do not do justice to how attentive and visible he was during the entire two-week process. My past experience with pool repairs and service has been horrible this was the complete opposite. The tiles remove and replace was flawless, the crew came on time, drained, finished and cleaned in a day. Barry messaged and showed up several times prior to and during the workday. More contact prior to the prep the pool surface team and his visits during the clean and coating prep. Two days of rain was going to push back our Wednesday pool re-surface to Friday or Saturday. I had no problem but asked Barry to see if he could have the contractor early as possible just to get the pool back to normal. He called and asked if I minded a crew showing up at 7 AM on Thursday. I could not believe he worked to get us in prior to the others that were rained out. At 7:30 on a Thursday an 8 person team seemed to attacked the pool, with overhead lines to hold hose lines, full wrap of the coping and tile and deck covers for their equipment, not to damage the patio. Watching them was like a dance group; each had their own job and never stopped moving to get the job done. In 4 hours the work was done and the area was cleaned. Barry as always was in and out during the work and after to make sure we were happy. We are now in the process of brushing and they have balanced the chemicals, Barry was here every day, brushing and adding chemicals with as always a full explanation of what was happening and the status. We now have a pool service person assigned to us to finish off the total process. I was happy with Barry during the past repair work he did, now I am extremely impressed with his work, I wish more businesses followed his example.
