Elaine was incredibly friendly and explained everything. I suggested that progressive lens were likely my next pair and Elaine gave the run down on what that meant. Today we came in with my new prescription and Libor assisted us. Again. He exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, and broke everything down for us in terms of costs and differences between each level. He gave examples of what to expect, and then once decided, took measurements and got everything ready. My girlfriend was also incredibly impressed. I guess my bigger issue is why were the very expensive glasses not thoroughly inspected before passing to the client, and why aren't things like extra clip on sunglasses noted on customer files for other staff to refer to?
