He recently hired a new "marine biologist" to take over my account. The tanks have never looked this bad and he killed half my fish. The new tech, Sean, said one of the tanks wasn't under contract so he jut stopped doing anything (only told me this AFTER he killed my fish). And both tanks have been serviced for at least 17 years. Eric had promised to replace the fish but yesterday I got an email from some marketing person name Wayne Parkes, the Service Coordinator, saying due to "unforeseen circumstances they can no longer service my fish tanks." They have left me high and dry, owe me fish, with terrible looking tanks and not even a transition plan. And Eric has refused to even return my phone calls. So unprfessional.

Grace and BJ are walking encyclopedias of knowledge and are both so passionate about the hobby. It's worth the drive to just walk in and listen - we learn so much just hearing them talk while we we're standing around by a frag tank. Two part.. yes. These folks are THE go to place for frags. You will not find healthier corals anywhere around and the prices absolutely bury anyone else's in the area. And.. you are supporting people that are in it for the love of the creatures - not just to make a quick buck and run. The other part is Fintastic. See other review - but needless to say we buy our fish from them typically and our water and anything coral from Grace and BJ. Grace water.. it makes bad tanks good! You don't even need RODI with this stuff.. it's magic I promise. Not enough time to rave about how great they are.. hurry on over and meet the best in the business.
