    Angelo is so nice and he has a good selection of healthy fish. I'm so glad I don't have to buy fish from big chain stores anymore.

    We love this Petco store. The staff members are incredibly kind and helpful. We got our pup early…read morethis year, just before the first stay-at-home order went into effect for North Carolina. Before COVID, we did a lot of in-store shopping and since March we have transitioned completely to online order/curbside pickup. In-store experience: What we enjoy the most is the excellent customer service. We are first time pet owners and so when we first went into the store, we had a lot of question such as what types of treats might be good for our dog, what type of nail clippers to use and how often to get our dog groomed. We talked to multiple associates over various visits about our questions, and everyone was knowledgeable and happy to go to extra mile in helping us out. Additionally, the store is just fun to walk around. They have a great selection of toys, treats, collars, apparel, etc. They have many different bones/animal parts as chew toys for dogs; we enjoyed taking our dog in and letting him "choose" a bone. The store has most essentials in stock, especially when it comes to food, treats and toys. There are also grooming and training services available, though we have not used either due to COVID restrictions. Additionally, there is a veterinary clinic in-house; we visited them soon after we adopted our dog and were great for a basic visit though we have moved to a different vet now. There are cleaning stations around the store in case your pup has an accident while inside, which makes the experience a lot less stressful for those with young puppies. The last time we went inside the store, they had decent COVID measures enforced, such as social distancing when standing at the checkout line. Online order/curbside pickup: We have loved this option and hope that it will still be available post-COVID. For each of the 4-5 orders that we have placed online, our items have been ready for pickup in less than an hour. Upon arriving at the store, we park in one of the designated spots and call the store phone number. Someone hand delivers our items to our car, even tossing it in the backseat rather than to the driver to further minimize contact. There have been a few items which were listed as available online but haven't actually been available, resulting in a cancelation but thus far it has not been a huge issue for me. In these cases, I re-ordered the items online and received them within a couple of days. We look forward to continuing to shop at this Petco.

    I stopped by this PetCo location today between 11:00 and 11:15 a.m., and had a concerning…read moreexperience. One of the male employees had a very strong smell of marijuana that was noticeable from several meters away, which made the environment uncomfortable while I was shopping. My main concern is that this is a pet store where employees are responsible for the safety and care of animals. Even the impression that an employee might be impaired can make customers worry about animal safety and professionalism. It also made me want to finish my shopping quickly and leave instead of browsing, which isn't a great customer experience and could discourage people from spending more time--and money--in the store. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces professional standards so the store remains a safe and comfortable place for pets and customers.

DO NOT CHANGE FACTS. I found this hard to believe. It was at this point I contacted the Seller of the young Lavender Orpington, who was so very gracious as your daughter should have been. Hopefully in posting even more of your emails, you can peruse what your daughter actually emailed me as her response! I know that you are certainly proud of your "MANAGER" and her very sophisticated language such as "fuc* you," and calling me names, such as "certifiably insane." Considering that I am a published Editor, a Military Officer-Persian Gulf War, and retired Clinical Neuropsychologist, I really enjoyed that. Could you tell me what Universities she attended? Oh that's right, she DIDN'T. You've done a fine job there Madame, in picking a friendly, honest, and warm, "Store Manager." Rattlesnakes, are nicer. The reason that I have posted to YELP is NOT about any cage, but concerns about how your staff on Saturday handles customers, namely YOUR DAUGHTER! Just READ your daughter's language to me.....a long term customer, Military Officer and Dr., and well respected community member! It is pathetic how it never crossed her mind to say "I'm sorry," and then, instead of checking facts, you posted a response before READING the insulting email from her with the foul language! If u are thinking about getting into backyard chicken keeping this is a must see store.
