It is 3 days now, he is not answering his phone and my fish are about to die. I am so extremely disappointed with business and I will not be doing business or recommending them to anyone.

He recently hired a new "marine biologist" to take over my account. The tanks have never looked this bad and he killed half my fish. The new tech, Sean, said one of the tanks wasn't under contract so he jut stopped doing anything (only told me this AFTER he killed my fish). And both tanks have been serviced for at least 17 years. Eric had promised to replace the fish but yesterday I got an email from some marketing person name Wayne Parkes, the Service Coordinator, saying due to "unforeseen circumstances they can no longer service my fish tanks." They have left me high and dry, owe me fish, with terrible looking tanks and not even a transition plan. And Eric has refused to even return my phone calls. So unprfessional.

The people there are super nice and they do a fantastic job…read more My dog is very difficult to groom and they worked with him but also aren't afraid to let me know if they needed to stop or adjust the groom so he doesn't get pushed too hard. He had an awful experience with a groomer in the past so he tends to be an anxious guy. His last groom was extra special to me because he let them complete it and looked amazing! He also was the calmest I've seen him ever leave a groomer before. They also groomed my long haired cat! It was my first time trying it and she looks so nice! Her fur is extra soft too and I also loved that they work with cats but much like anxious dogs, told me they wouldn't push a cat's groom if they were too stressed about it. She also was absolutely fine coming home too. Just all around a wonderful place that I'm lucky to have near me! Couldn't recommend them enough and I totally understand why you have to book well in advance to get an appointment. They're a really special find!
