When we first started in this; we used to go to a couple other places in Wake Forest and in Raleigh and were taken for a ride by people that were just out to make a buck. These guys are not them. They are 100% into it and will never steer you wrong. We buy our frags from the Reef Farm a few miles from Wake Forest and our fish from Fintastic. Do yourselves a favor - save the time and money and don't waste time with anyone else in the area. I can't recommend them enough.

They said they do and took my number down and told me the owner would call. I called back a few days later and they apologized and said that they left the message and would call him again. A third time I called back and they told me that they had the wrong number written down and he would call me right away. The next day I received a call from the owner who told me he would be out to do an initial consultation the next day or day after. It is 3 days now, he is not answering his phone and my fish are about to die. I am so extremely disappointed with business and I will not be doing business or recommending them to anyone.

He recently hired a new "marine biologist" to take over my account. The tanks have never looked this bad and he killed half my fish. The new tech, Sean, said one of the tanks wasn't under contract so he jut stopped doing anything (only told me this AFTER he killed my fish). And both tanks have been serviced for at least 17 years. Eric had promised to replace the fish but yesterday I got an email from some marketing person name Wayne Parkes, the Service Coordinator, saying due to "unforeseen circumstances they can no longer service my fish tanks." They have left me high and dry, owe me fish, with terrible looking tanks and not even a transition plan. And Eric has refused to even return my phone calls. So unprfessional.

Amazing place to get your pet groomed! The people there are super nice and they do a fantastic job…read more My dog is very difficult to groom and they worked with him but also aren't afraid to let me know if they needed to stop or adjust the groom so he doesn't get pushed too hard. He had an awful experience with a groomer in the past so he tends to be an anxious guy. His last groom was extra special to me because he let them complete it and looked amazing! He also was the calmest I've seen him ever leave a groomer before. They also groomed my long haired cat! It was my first time trying it and she looks so nice! Her fur is extra soft too and I also loved that they work with cats but much like anxious dogs, told me they wouldn't push a cat's groom if they were too stressed about it. She also was absolutely fine coming home too. Just all around a wonderful place that I'm lucky to have near me! Couldn't recommend them enough and I totally understand why you have to book well in advance to get an appointment. They're a really special find!
