Take it from me…read more Here's what happened when they came to my house: * They stated they were only coming for a walkthrough and quote but insisted on staying to clean right away once they were inside my home. They are pushy, be careful. Just don't deal with them. * That shattered my tempered glass tv stand and tried to not take the blame. Their story of how it happened changed a couple of times and they refused to replace it or reimburse me for the price of buying a new one. * Did not clean the bathroom but did leave a sink full of bleach water so the house would smell fresh * They stated they would treat the rug for stains but didn't and I noticed a new stain when I walked into the living room after they left. Maybe cleaning isn't their strong suit. I do not recommend this cleaning company because they caused more problems than I need to deal with and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I'll take down the review and not write others on any other site once fair reimbursement is received to replace damaged property.

The employee cleaning the couch assured us that this was normal and when it dried we wouldn't be able to see it. Now that it has dried, the stain is actually worse than when it was wet. Ken yelled at me, told me I was a "young little girl" that didn't know what I was talking about, that it was my fault and then hung up on me. He also denied the entire interaction from his employee even though I have the whole thing recorded and sent it to him. Leaving the stain really wasn't that big of a deal had we been able to just try and get it out somehow, but the response from the owner was truly like nothing I've ever experienced. I would really hate for this to happen to anyone else so I highly recommend Deep Eddy Cleaners instead, who graciously helped us when I explained to them what happened.

My friend, who was there in my place (since I'm stationed in Korea), made it clear that painting was required, yet they claimed she said the tenant would handle it--something that doesn't make sense given the house had to be ready before anyone moved in. To make matters worse, my realtor, someone I trust, visited the house and confirmed that the work was not completed properly. She even called the company to explain that the house needed to be finished, but they continued to disrespect me by dismissing my concerns. My friend had to purchase their own equipment to finish the work that was supposed to be done. What was supposed to be completed on Friday dragged on the whole weekend, and it's still not finished as of March 23rd. I asked for this job to be done before the 16th, and I'm still waiting. They claimed I wasn't overcharged, but the work they did was so poor that I could have done it myself for free. I'm now dealing with more stress than if I had handled everything myself. I will be attaching photos to warn future clients about this company. As a military member stationed abroad, I trusted them to handle the job, and they failed miserably. They demanded full payment before the job was done and now are blaming me. My house is still incomplete, and despite having cameras and a friend checking in, they continue to drop the ball.
