My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Based on my experience and the quality of Juan's work, I would highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone needing skylight or related roof repairs.

I do not recommend this company, I wanted to cancel my agreement because they postponed install…read moredate on more than one ocasion, they wouldn't refund my $1,000 deposit even though they were not complying with the agreement, life got busy and I could not pursue filing in small claims court but after hearing about the experience others had with the company (a nightmare), I realized losing a $1,000 was very little compared to what others experienced, not a reliable company because if they couldn't fulfil the timeline they should have offered to cancel and refund deposit, very disappointing. Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.

Step 1 was to take measurements and view the different types of turf options. Step 2 We sent some pictures of ideas we liked from other homes in the neighborhood. Jason was able to use the AI tools to generate a picture of what it would look like. That was really cool. Step 3 was the quote and initial deposit. They came out the following week and got it all done over 1 1/2 days. The workers dug up the old sod, laid the weed barrier, put down the decomposed granite, laid the turf and rock border, and had the yard looking amazing in a very short period of time. They worked non stop to get it done quickly. I have received multiple compliments from neighbors. including my next door neighbor who went with a cheaper company and wished he had went with Best Choice Home Remodeling instead. Very happy with the job they did and am already planning on using them for bathroom remodeling. They are a one stop shop for anything home related.

That matters when a crew is in your space all day. What really stood out was the extra care they took: sweeping the patio, vacuuming the area around each window, and keeping things as clean as possible during a very dusty job. They put in a solid 6.5-hour day on the first day alone, not including drive time or loading and unloading equipment. Hard-working, respectful, and detail-oriented. I'd be happy to have Francisco and Hiram back for future work and would recommend them without hesitation.

Since scheduling happened so quickly, we did not have much time to choose a roofing color, and they took the extra time to personally drop off physical samples so we could see them in person before making a final decision. That level of customer service made the process feel much less stressful and more thoughtful. Overall, the project felt well coordinated and we're happy with how everything turned out.

Bob from Peak was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable person I met. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. Peak's proposal was also the most detailed and competitively priced. Our home has a flat roof and a traditional sloped roof. The flat roof was especially challenging, with no slope and drainpipes running horizontally through our ceiling. The Peak team came up with a great plan to finally address these issues. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The crews were Peak employees, showed up on time, and took pride in their work. Communication was great, and any questions I had were answered quickly by phone or text. What really impressed me was the level of personal attention and care throughout the project. It was a level of service I honestly did not expect from a roofing company. For years, every time it rained, I would get nervous and spend time doing preventative work to avoid leaks. I can't tell you what a relief it is to finally have this taken care of, especially with El Niño approaching. I highly recommend Peak Roofing!

We knew our current deck was very weathered and old, so this wasn't going to be a simple "replace some boards" project. Enrique was quick to contact us after our initial inquiry for services, made an appointment to do a walk through and was able to help get this project started right away. He walked us through all the things that would have to be done for repair and replace the patio, being fully transparent each step of the way with full transparency on price range so we never had any surprise costs. With Enrique's recommendations we were able to pick out deck materials that were close to the original look and color of the old deck, which we wanted. We also had some metal detailing that had to be replaced and they had creative solutions to address the unique curvature of the desk to make sure everything looked flawless. The demo, repair, and replace of the deck was very quick with great commutation every step of the way by Enrique. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend this company for patio repair and remodel.

The entire process took only 7 days with only 5 days to replace the 3200 sq ft single story roof with asphalt shingles and added roof vents and they did it the next week. Outstanding Work, Integrity, and Service - Titan Roofing Sets the Standard…read more This was my first time hiring a company for a re-roof, so I had a lot of questions--and I mean a lot. Andrez, the owner of Titan Roofing, was incredibly gracious and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, never made me feel rushed, and was always available whenever I needed clarification. That alone set him apart. Before choosing Titan, I met with two other roofing companies. Both were in and out in under 10 minutes and felt like pushy used car salesmen reading from a script. It was clear they just wanted the job, not to earn my trust. Andrez was the complete opposite--he spent time walking the property, genuinely listened to my concerns, and gave me a sense of confidence from day one. He was on-site almost every day, personally overseeing the project, which is incredibly rare for an owner. His team was equally impressive--respectful of my home, meticulous in their work, and diligent about cleaning up each day. They worked late every day and even pushed through a holiday weekend just to stay on track and get the job done right. That level of dedication is unheard of. Throughout the process, Andrez sent daily progress photos, kept me updated on timelines, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The end result? The house looks like an entirely different home--and in the best way possible. I'm not someone who's easily impressed, but I'm beyond impressed with Titan Roofing. If you're looking for a company that delivers high-quality work with honesty, professionalism, and care, look no further. Titan Roofing is everything a contractor should be--and more.
