That was a mistake. The agreement was for dusting furniture to be included. Clean2Clean sent a calendar invite for the day of cleaning with multiple folks cc'ed but only 1 showed up. This was misleading. Then Clean2Clean argued that dusting furniture was not included in price, despite written estimate. Talked to Clean2Clean via phone and text and she refused to work with us. Poor guy who came to clean didn't know a thing--not his fault. Absolutely do not recommend the company. May 2023 update. Owner replied on Yelp that she didn't do any work for us. However we have the written estimate and the paid invoice.

They have come to the rescue multiple times including providing post-construction clean up following two major home renovations. The work is thorough and the cleaning crew is professional. I especially liked that the owner, Andrew, asked me if there were any specific products I wanted used in my home. This was important to me as I am particular about "green" products and specific cleaners. I was referred to Signature by a family member and have since recommended their services to others.

He also employs his family and they yell at each other while you are on the phone with them. Its a cleaning company but the office itself is dirty & the invoices have misspelled words. Andrew is anti union and tells the receptionist not to let employees hang out together in the front office for too long. Calling for cleaning supplies is useless, the person either isn't ready to put in the order or it just takes forever to get supplies. I overheard it all from their employees and it doesn't sound like a good place at all.

They used some kind of steam vacuum on our carpet and the employee showed me how much dirt and grime was in our carpet after they finished. There was probably enough to fill a bathtub, I'm so glad to have that out of our office. Their pricing was very fair and they were able to come in after hours so they didn't get in anyone's way.
