Try calling Sagora the main company no one will call you back. There are many problems we had including disappearing medication and disappearing equipment purchased new and replaced with broken equipment. Don't get me wrong there are great employees there but they are not running the place and are only following orders. My recommendation look somewhere else.

We moved mom to a different facility four hours away, not because we were not happy with the Vantage. What bothers me is the fact that I received no sympathy card upon my mother's passing, just one month after moving her from the Vantage. Maybe it isn't policy to send a card when a resident doesn't pass away in a facility but it seemed strange since she had been there over six years. Even the person in charge of memory care commented on how long she had lived there. If it isn't policy then maybe it should be. I'm very disappointed in this facility after having a long relationship with the staff and caregivers. Very disappointed. I suppose since the money wasn't rolling in anymore they don't really care.

She's one of the least competent and mean spirited people I've ever known. Please don't agree to the nightmare that is Broadway Cityview for your family. Management constantly changes (3 different companies in 7 years). They failed to recognize and communicate effectively about my parents to my sibling and myself and so my parent kept repeatedly failing. After breaking their hip and having surgery, one of my parents has moved on to another facility that can care for them properly and I couldn't be more relieved. Shame on these people who ruin what should be the best part of people's lives. The food is horrendous as well.
