Then on long-term side, wound treatment was lacking after a hospital stay, I was informed how wounds should be properly bandaged and Ridgmar was not doing that. Again addressed issue. they always put it off on someone else. My family member catheter bag was fifthly on two occasions went to hospital and they were even disgusted by it. Watch your family member closely, make complaints in writing so you have proof.
