They showed up early (45 minutes early!) and went above and beyond in terms of cleaning... even clearing out this small balcony that becomes covered in leaves... definitely did NOT expect them to do that. Know that you'll have to pay in advance and have cash for tips. Excellent cleaning. I'll definitely use again.

I've been meaning to write this well deserved review for a long time and finally after 5 years I've…read moredone it! I've used Andrea and Josue's cleaning service twice a month for my home and business since 2013. They are outstanding. Andrea and Josue are very friendly, personable and professional. I've always been very happy with the results. They're always great about accommodating my cleaning requests if they have the time ( i.e. I'll pull out the stove or refrigerator and request the floors and surfaces are cleaned behind them or I need some walls sprayed and wiped down etc. ) They have a general checklist of normal cleaning tasks they do for you but if you have areas you want them to focus on they can do that if you ask them. Windows cost extra and if it's dirtier than average or a huge cleaning job it will cost extra as well, which is normal. I've had them do deep cleanings for my business after some major roof work was done on the interior and plaster was everywhere and they did a beautiful job. If they accidentally miss anything you needed done just let them know and they'll touch up, no worries. If it's not Andrea or Josue that comes to clean they have great staff that they send out. This is family business and it's reflected in the friendly staff and the warm and friendly demeanor of Andrea and Josue. I highly recommend them if you want good, reliable cleaners for your home or business.

She has even written up a "hit list" and taped it inside the kitchen cabinet, so everyone is clear on what needs to be done. Charlene delivers that 110%, and I could not be more pleased.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a kitchen and bathroom deep clean including stove/…read moreoven, walls and baseboards. I paid for the appointment in full prior to receiving the service. After paying my appointment time was pushed back. They people who arrived to clean were 3 hours late. I paid for 3 hours and they only stayed for 2 hours. They rushed through the job missing the microwave, stove and oven, floors, walls and baseboards (I've included photos below). After they completed the job and left I noticed that my Ocedar mop and bucket were missing. I reached out to them several Times to return it. I spoke to someone named James who was very rude and unprofessional. He said the mop and bucket wasn't taken instead of doing his research and rectifying the situation. (I've included text messages) I ended up speaking to Jazmine directly and she brought me back my mop. But I'm seeking a refund for the experience and the fact that I didn't receive the deep clean that j paid for. Save yourself the hassle and don't book with them.

I reserved Horizons on very short notice. They had competitive rates and were incredibly…read moreaccommodating. I was skeptical being that they had no reviews and minimal photos but was able to locate some google reviews that were appealing. The owner was very responsive and flexible. I requested kitchen, 3 bathrooms, tidying up living areas and cleaning of one bedroom. All areas were vacuumed, wiped down and the kitchen looked very nice. Unlike other cleaners I've had before and consulted, they only send one cleaner vs two. This may be why the rates are so competitive (or maybe have lost some team members due to COVID) but I think it also means that the areas cleaned later may not be as sparkling as those in the beginning - humans get tired! Our cleaner was lovely and I don't believe this was any fault of her own. She wore her mask and it was a warmer day than many. I'd certainly welcome them back but likely for lighter cleaning if only one cleaner would be sent because it's just a lot of work to clean for 6 hours straight - exactly why I want to hire :) For initial cleanings, it may cost a bit more but with two ppl covering the area the quality may be a little better for the areas they get too towards the end. Afterwards the owner reviewed all areas with me and was willing to do clean a bit more to some areas I pointed out in the bathrooms. Overall good exp. If willing to send two and charge a bit more, I'd try again for full service. I have another cleaner to try out in a month. We shall see how they do. Someone I used in the past is no longer operational but they made my bathrooms sparkle like new and that's what I'm hoping to find again.

Kevin answered and was very cool over the phone and said he would call me back and see if he could send somebody out to me that day and if not, they would have someone show up at 9am the next morning. 30 minutes later I receive a call from Kevin saying the lady will be at my apartment around 3:30pm. Wooooo! You da bomb Kevin! Aisha (not sure how to spell her name) knocks on my door at 3:20 with a very friendly personality and shakes my hand, thanking me for letting her clean my apartment... I tip my maids (usually) fairly well so that is a loss for them which causes me sadness, and unfortunately is caused by poor management. Then, after scheduling them despite their previous inadequacies, the manager (or whatever he is) sent me some form of a schedule for their maids through text... I told him he needs to run a tighter ship as he is making too many mistakes, to which he replied, "You have attitude. Miss me with that." LOL this place is a joke. Bad luck will be the norm if you do business with them. I can post screenshots of the conversation if needed. Very awkward to deal with such an unprofessional dweeb.
