By chance I met Michael and was later introduced to Jessica and they are the salt of the earth. With every meeting and correspondence I've had with them, I really feel heard with every area of concern I presented them. For example, I hired a different company to clean windows and after 2 visits (an initial visit and a re-do visit), it looked as if the windows were never cleaned. I then presented this issue to Michael and Jessica and boy did they deliver. Not only did they clean the windows to the point you can see your reflection, they also removed graffiti, and cleaned posts of bird droppings! (See photos below) I trust that they'll deliver each and every time and it was so easy to work with them. As soon as I expressed my concerns, I just shut off my brain and let them take care of the rest. The quality really speaks for itself! They have that Midas touch.

Cynthia and Yari came and were so sweet and non-judgemental about how bad things had become and got to work without any complaints! They went above and beyond to make sure every nook and cranny was cleaned, moving items around as they went without a fuss. Cynthia even helped organize my cluttered kitchen, and they both offered to help declutter and organize next time they come by. I didn't realize cleaners offered that, but both Cynthia and Yari were so sweet and kind and understanding that I had to give them a hug when they were done. They never threw anything away that I wasn't comfortable with, and they even wiped down the trash can and washed the plastic cups I randomly had in my sink! They showed up early (45 minutes early!) and went above and beyond in terms of cleaning... even clearing out this small balcony that becomes covered in leaves... definitely did NOT expect them to do that. I hope they will adjust some of their process as the customer service is outstanding so if the actual service was up to par these guys would be number 1 on yelp. First, they are great at communicating. Easy to get a hold of someone, easy to schedule, and I felt very confident in the service throughout the process until obviously the end result. I was first told a different price when quoted than what was on my invoice and told that I would get two experienced cleaners to get the job done in a timely and thorough manner. Wendy did explain to me the change in service amount and all that was included in what I was getting and I was happy and expectant to have a great job done. Only one gentleman arrived on scheduled time and I was also informed he was new to the team. SUPER nice nothing wrong him at all. I called to ask about the second cleaner and was told he would do the same job in the same amount of time. Now our house is perfectly clean and updated. We are just moving in and wanted a bit of a deep clean as the counters were dusty, ledges, mirrors, hardware, just little details. But on entering, you would never think it needed a cleaning unless you ran your finger across for dust. When we got back-the only thing that had been done was the floors. Quite literally the floors are the only we paid $130 for, which the floors were already clean and we could have easily mopped ourselves. A deep clean of bathrooms was supposed to be included and LITERALLY nothing was touched. Counters had not been wiped. Sink was already spotless so not even anything to do. Showers not touched, glass and mirrors not touched. Everything straight forward not even looked at. Kitchen not touched. No wiping down of anything. I am 8 months pregnant so the whole point of this was so I would not have to bend down to do these kind of things myself. We had the easiest house, no ceiling fans, no hard to clean areas, the house was already clean, it just needed a deep sanitize and at least a wipe down. We are disappointed and will not be using the services again. Nothing wrong with paying the price, it's that we did not get what was supposed to be included or even close. I could have done the mopping of my floors on my own. My house looks and is exactly the same as when we left. My only recommendation to the company, as they did offer to fix the situation and have the gentleman come back-it is pretty awkward to have the same one person come back and/or to trust he would even do it correctly when he already had spent two hours simply doing the floors when we needed that two hours doing the other items that were supposed to be included in the service. Again he was very nice but my home looked the same and I don't want to watch and tell someone how to do their job if he were to come back and just made me feel uneasy. I told him the same information when we left for the cleaning so it seems odd that they wouldn't have someone more "experienced" come fix this and send me back the new person that did not do it correctly the first time.

It's been over a year that Mr. Alvaro and his assistant Emirc have come to our place to wash our carpet. This duo are not only professional, respectful but also nice (it's hard to find nice people during these times m). They also listen to your carpet concerns and they try their best to make sure you're please with their job. Also, they are punctual with their appointment time and at times arriving a bit earlier, but would assist you with any remaining furniture that needs to be move in order to have the carpet washed. Oh! And I am always in a tight schedule, and that's another thing I like about them, they don't take up all of your time, and you can continue with all of your activities.
