In all of our back and forth communication, she never mentioned she would not be the one coming to my house to clean. When I confronted her, she was extremely defensive and told me that most cleaning services in the industry worked that way. The only apology she gave me was that she was sorry I didn't understand how the industry works. There was no ownership or understanding of how the situation could have played out differently.
